Food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. Bed and room were huge, and I loved the toilettries. Overall couldn't be happier!

Terrible room. Loud. Shower was spraying everywhere. Heavy traffic. Food wasn’t good. Toilets in main areas were dirty.

Loved the overnight manager Nikki. Loved the view from the room, the music & bartenders at Tune Up, the location…especially world class coffee around the corner at Treeline & Rockford. The room had excellent mini bar, high end toiletries that smelled divine, comfy bed, streaming options on TV, slippers and a local magazine. I enjoyed the lighting and ambiance & friendly staff.

The property is considered 4 stars & I’d say it meets those standards in terms of amenities and grounds, however, service was subpar and I attribute it to a young staff with lack of experience and direction from upper management. Eat and drink elsewhere! Amazing food and drinks all over town!

Fantastic rooftop pool. Several dining choices in the hotel and close to everything. Managers reception in the afternoon and free coffee in the morning we're a nice touch.

The location of the property.

When we arrived, the hotel front staff stated they didn't have a reservation for me. I presented them with even the conformation, and it took forever for the staff to find it. Eventually, the staff realized the names on the reservation were flipped so he assumed my first name was my last name so that's why he couldn't find it. I have stayed here numerous times and this time the pool was so cold it was not comfortable to be in. The temperature of the pool should have been adjusted as should the nightly rate since the amenities were not available.

The location was great and the customer service was perfect! We will definitely be back!
