The host was very responsive to our messages, very quick to answer all questions we had before and during our stay, albeit in Slovak :) The room was spacious enough and the beds were very good too. Lots of storage space and decent kitchen amenities. I spilled coffee on the sheets and the host was kind and messaged us were to find spare linens in the hallway.

We were not aware the apartment we're staying in is in the basement. The pictures on this site show that the standard apartment has windows next to the bed and the kitchen, when in fact there is one window overlooking the entrance in the house so everyone who goes in and comes out can have a look. In other words, the apartment is too dark with almost no direct sunlight going in the room, so we had to keep the lights on all the time. The door of the bathroom had some damage on it. We didn't meet anyone at reception until we check-out, we weren't aware that it's a contactless reception.

The host is very kind and communicates promptly and with ease. The location is good, close to the downtown. The apartment is nice and clean. There is basic kitchenware at your disposal, good wi-fi connection, parking, the place is not noisy and crowded.

We really enjoyed this stay, regardless the not-so-good weather, so we didn’t use the terrace. The host is absolutely perfect, very willing and kind. The appartment has a perfect location, one minute walk from the walk zone and all the services, including spa. It is fully equipped, close to the forest, so you will sleep really well 😊.

Pillows were too soft, but this was probably the only problematic thing for us. There is no wellness included in the price - maybe some vouchers for guests in case of longer stay would be fine. There are many steps when you enter the accommodation - this could be a barrier for older or disadvantaged people, but there si a good parking.
