great location right on the beach in negombo. near the restaurants and bars. Friendly Staff.

Dirty, lot of mosquitoes. breakfast leaves a lot to be desired

the manager, i think his name was Milan, was very professional and helpful.

We got there and did not like the room. the manager was not there so the others tried to help us and i think that is where We did not meet. We thought the bathroom in our room was not clean enough and got another clean room but when We had unpacked they told us to switch again to a room with a bathroom full of ants and any-debree. We stayed only one night instead of 3.

Jude was very helpful and. Enjoyed home style tasty Sri Lankan foods.

The location is the main plus point as you can just walk in to the beach from backside of the hotel. Also there is a small balcony to sit out, only if you can manage the mosquitoes. Price wise it is quite reasonable

The rooms are super small with bare bone facilities. It is more than a kilometer away from the main beach of Negombo. The bathroom was full of smell of coconut oil, not sure why? May be the previous guest was a coconut oil addict :-))

The location was ok, right at the beach. But the beach has no ambiance! Breakfast was ok. Rice and curry was delicious!

Overpriced!! Room was simple. Lots of musquito’s. We had breakfast included, but the put it on the bill anyway.
