Our stay at the lake house was fabulous. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The views were amazing. Canoe, kayaks, and paddleboard were available for use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and even a wide selection of seasonings and other cooking essentials. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as pictures provided but pictures cannot capture the amazing view. The owner lives nextdoor and was helpful with ideas for hiking in the area with our 2 dogs. Also places for my husband and I to run. The house was perfect with 2 full baths and plenty of areas to sleep in. House is 20 minutes to Meredith and 25-30 to Wolfboro. Mt. Major is 5-10 minutes away-go on a week day. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t wait for our stay again this year.

The property was exactly as described. We brought 2 jetskis and it was easy to launch them down the street and have them stay with us on the dock for our stay. The location close to an awesome restaurant that is walkable. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. Excellent experience overall.

Our family had THE best time staying at Rob & Michelle's place on Lake Winni!! The home was clean and inviting with the most spectacular views of the lake & mountains. Thanks to my 11 month old early riser I was able to catalog every sunrise & each one was more breathtaking than the last (highly recommend watching at least one sunrise from the deck or dock if you get the chance!!). Docking our boat at the house was a breeze & we loved swimming in the area by the shore line. Rob provided an array of kayaks & a paddleboard for us to enjoy as well! The house comfortably slept our group of 4 adults, 4 kids (all under the age of 4), & our large dog. We loved how well appointed the kitchen was & how open the living space was for enjoying each others company. Rob & Michelle --thanks so much for sharing your slice of heaven with us!! This was one of our favorite rentals to date & we hope to return in the future!!

Sun rise on the deck is as spectacular as the moonrise over the lake in front of the fire pit. Great place to unwind!

The location can't be beat! Right on the lake. With your own dock if you have a boat or rent Rob's. We rented Rob's and took a trip into Meredith & Wolfeboro. Very nice being on the lake. Everything you need is at the house. We cooked in most of the week. But if you want to eat out Ellacoya Barn & Grille is very good and right up the road. Cant wait for next year’s trip!

We have stayed here for the past several years and the location and view can’t be beat. Very friendly owners who make sure we had everything we need like firewood & gas for the grill. An ideal place to spend a week with friends and family.

This is our 3rd year staying at this house. Although the weather was not great, it didn’t matter. The property is great and near all the attractions. We are happy to have found such a great spot for our annual trip. Looking forward to going back up.

Lovely quiet spot with an absolutely incredible view. Swimming was amazing with a private dock and raft.

From the moment you arrive, you feel like you just got home. The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular. If you stay up late, you will watch the moon rise over the islands. Rob had already set up a camp fire when we arrived, just had to light it when we were ready. I cooked on the grill for a lot of people, and never needed for more fuel. We even found good pizza from Gilford House of Pizza that delivered to the front porch. We played our music, bothered no one. The view from the front porch is that of the lake, not your neighbors. Rob was always available to help in anything we needed. We had opportunity to go tubing and a sunset cruise. This is a place that gives you the tools to really relax, truly good for your soul. We have been blessed to have our week in heaven. Looking forward to next year, 357 days, who’s counting.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is pretty and the view is unbeatable! We enjoyed kayaking and paddling on the lake. Rob and Michelle were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend it!

Our souls were refreshed with the absolute wonder of this most private, peaceful and beautiful rental on Winnipesaukee. Eagles flew and the loons dived for us everday on the crystal clear water steps away. The owner Rob felt like family and was so accommodating without being obtrusive. The boat was perfect at day with the blazing fire at night. We are better people than we were before. Thanks Rob!

Our stay at Rob’s cottage was a great time. The cottage is exactly as pictured and the location of the property was super. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and camp fires each day. Would highly recommend!

This lake home is beautiful. The location and waterfront/beach area is great for all ages. The property is also very private. The house itself is extremely comfortable with everything you could ever need included. Property owner Rob couldn't have been nicer. He was available for any needs we had and set up his trampoline and float pad for us and the kids. Great dock for our pontoon and jetski.

This is our second year, and we had a wonderful week. The location on the lake is great, and close to all of the fun attractions. The host is very accomodating and helpful. We can't wait until next year.

The lake is our place to getaway, recharge, heal, reconnect and make memories. We’ve spent 3 years coming to this property and it couldn’t be more perfect for our family. The view, the yard, the water right there! The toys they provide, the house with all of its space and the private bunkhouse (not rustic, absolutely adorable! A/C and all!) plenty of areas perfect for gathering and relaxing. It’s quiet and it’s also got the familiar sounds of the lake. The owner has worked with us, he knows our kids now and our dog loves him. He’s so accommodating and truly just wants people to love it like he does. WE DEFINITELY DO!

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at Robs rental. The water is clear & great swimming was had. There’s 2 water rafts anchored in the lake. Kayaks, paddle boards. We even rented Rob’s boat for a day House was clean. There was laundry detergent, bathroom & kitchen soap. Every pot or pan you could want to make any meal in the kitchen. Other than a few excursions to the store. We mostly stayed at the house enjoyed the lake & deck. Looking forward to next years trip. Thanks Rob

We had a great vacation at this house. Private home at the end of the road. Crystal clear water, to swim kayak or paddle board in. The owner Rob was absolutely the nicest! My family definitely wants to go back next year!

My family and I really enjoyed this cabin together. The lake is right outside your door and there’s lots to do in the area. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate with us, it was still a very special and cozy vacation together. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is terrific. Nice flat yard. Great lake access. The house has everything you need with a good layout. The fire pit was great and it was nice having the bbq grill. Rob was very friendly and helpful and was great with our dog who sometimes strayed next door to their yard. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The cottage was wonderful. It was comfortable and we enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning. We had a great time going kayaking and it is close to various hiking trails that we hiked with out dog. It is also close to Weirs Beach where we enjoyed and dinner cruise and a train ride.

We had a fantastic stay at this nicely situated home. We enjoyed the dock and swimming platform and the amazing views from inside and out. The Kitchen had all the everything you need to prepare meals and we enjoyed the seating both in and out for meals. The Owners were very welcoming and were kind and pleasent. Hope to return again !!!

We have stayed in lakes region nh every year. This was one of the nicest homes with an amazing view. Great for families. Nice house layout with plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Close to wires beach and Wolfeboro. Would highly recommend

We stayed here just after Labor Day and had a great time soaking in the last bit of summer. The dock made it so convenient to rent a boat. Plus the lake access from the edge of the property was great for the young kids to go swimming, and access to water toys was great! And the owners were so nice and helpful. Perfect secluded spot on the water for a getaway!
