Very convenient for Alton Towers Fitted us all in great

I took us a while to get the heating to turn down...was very hot on arrival

Property was in a below average state of repair, lights didn't work, Electrics very DIY - extension leads tacked to skirting boards, switches and sockets in the Kitchen painted over, trailing telephone cables. Bath very mouldy, plates and bowls chipped, one sofa VERY uncomfortable - more like poor standard student digs than a family holiday property.

Location for Alton Towers was good

the bathroom is downstairs and behind the kitchen so a mission for kids to visit at night we were only given two half loo rolls, there is no towel rail it’s dangerous to step out of the bathtub as nothing to hold onto we got told the dining table was damaged and not issuable and main bedroom light did not work nor did the light for the stairs the blankets need a wash they smelt of baby puke

Property way a tardis. Appeared small outside but loads of room inside. Ideal for a family. Instructions from host were excellent on property. Key safe and we were sent the code as promised

2nd sofa uncomfortable Flooring between kitchen and utility needs sticking down as onr of us tripped on it. No upstairs toilet

It was very clean and all of the bedrooms were amazing.

We like everything.

The property was on a quiet street had had everything we needed for our stay.

There is one bathroom on the 1st floor whilst 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs. Besides that, really couldn’t fault the place.

The bath taps were temperamental with giving hot water . Not shelf above bathroom sink

Clean bedding, WiFi and Netflix. Comfy beds.

A little rough around the edges but clean and tidy and served it's purpose.

It was a terraced house in the middle of stoke so the location was OK, the street is quite busy and the houses are very close together. We were able to park near the property, it had a washing machine and dryer and Netflix and decent wifi

1. There were a number of picture nails remaining in the walls, the wall paper was peeling in places and non of the lamps in any rooms worked. 2. The windows in the front bedroom do not open and the door to the bedroom scrapes on the floor so it does not shut. 3. There are a number of loose wires in the living room and upstairs bedrooms. 4. The two smaller bedrooms upstairs only had handles on outside of doors which open inwards, I couldn't let my daughter shut the door or she couldn't get out. This I feel is a fire risk!! 5. The light to the upstairs bedroom is at the top of the stairs and not in the room which in a house with such steep stairs is dangerous. 6. The bathroom had a broken blind and the showerhead pointed directly at the wall so you couldn't actually stand under it. 7. The garden is tiny and just decked which in itself is not an issue but there was a hole in the decking ( which I had seen a comment on previously) and the board was loose so we could not risk going out there. 8. For a house for up to 7 people there is not enough pots or pans for cooking. I had to cook dinner in 2 batches for 5 of us. 9. The area around the hob and sink was pretty dirty. The whole house looked like it needed a good clean.

The place was spotless, very nice house with everything you could possibly need. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, nice park about 5 minute walk where granddaughter could play. Asda a few minutes drive or local ones about 200 yards away. Would definitely stay again if down that way.

The bed was a bit hard for my soft bones. But everyone else in my family had no issues at all.

It was perfect location for us to get to Alton towers, was spacious, rooms was very clean and very homely and comfortable, was plenty of room for all of us we had 4 kids and 3 adults, the owner was lovely and was in Communication with us for our stay making sure we was okay and comfortable, overall parking was fine right outside the house didn’t have to pay, shop at the top of the road, it’s very easy to get to Alton Towers, was a lovely quiet street as well no noises at night peaceful perfect location, would definitely stay there again, It was homely, nice comfortable family orientated We didn’t get any pictures as we are having too much fun at Alton Towers, the pictures on the booking.com matched exactly what we expected
