Condo was clean and well stocked. The backyard and pool were beautiful and relaxing. Communication with host was very good. Responded very promptly. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Only issue was porch light was out and it’s on me that I didn’t want to bother the host since I was only staying the weekend

We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed both times. The property is near the beach. Neighbor's had some construction/ remodeling going on but they were kind enough to start at 9:00. Can’t wait to come back in 2 years! Property owners are very nice.

This was a beautiful condo. The location was great. The pool was on the small side, but as we had it to ourselves it was great! We would definitely stay again.

Interior was nice, but painters showed up before 7:00 am on Saturday and Sunday both. They were painting the outside of the building. Ever though we were the only occupied unit in the building they were banging on the walls right outside of our unit first thing in the morning on both days. The pool hadn't been cleaned in what looked like several months
It was green with a lot of debris in it so we couldn't use it. Ever though the interior was nice we will not be renting it again.

The location was amazing with easy distances to beach and food. Parking is limited in the area due to beach proximity so you’ll want to carpool. The space was perfect for four adults and had a outside hose for clean up. Would go again.

We love the place and all the extras for the beach. The internet was not good couldnt use the TV in the back bedroom most of the time. But we really were not there for the TV time. To bad the pool iant heated it is a beautiful pool and back yard. Thank you for.allowing us to stay jn your place. We would stay again.

Omar and Erika were great hosts.
We really enjoyed our stay at their condo.
We were so grateful that we were able to bring our 2 dogs with us to expose them to the beach and the ocean for the very first time.
Our bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean.
The only drawback was we thought we could use the grill that was in the description of the condo, but there was no grill when we got there.

Easy to get to the beach and several restaurants and activities. Lots to see/do within walking distance. Internet didn't work while we were there, but cell signal was good so we didn't worry about it.

We stayed for 4 days close to end of September. We were accommodated for our pets and management responded to our questions promptly. The pictures are true to what is provided. The first thing we noticed was that the couches were a bit gritty from the sand but nothing to bad. There is a vacuum available if you want to use it. The first bathroom was very clean but the tub was very slippery. I’m physically disabled and ended up using the master shower with the available built in seat instead. Master shower also had a sewer smell that didn’t really dissipate after running hot water. The shower heads are low flow but it gets the job done.The kitchen had basic cooking and eating necessities except a can opener. We ended up using a pocket knife we had. The bunk beds were extremely loose and rocked side to side when getting in. It really needs tightening. There were a lot of things that could be taken to the beach ex.( canopy, chairs, wagon, beach toys). The pool was clean and shaded morning til about early afternoon. The shower outside was a plus to rinse off all the sand and beach gear. The small walkway from outdoor shower to the side of house with stepping stones was a plus to chill from a long day at the beach. Plenty of towels and beach towels came in handy but were dirty on arrival so we rewashed them. Washer was smelly when we first arrived as well but running a hot water cycle seemed to help. Recommend you bring extra trash bags and paper products. Thanks for the stay. ;)

This location is near Beach Access 3 and it’s a short walk from the condo. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We highly recommend this location.

We loved staying at this property. It is very spacious and well laid out. Decor is beautiful and well maintained. Everything you will need in the kitchen, sleeping, going to beach is provided. We really enjoyed our stay. The ease of checking in and the simplicity of checkout was also very easy and stress free. Our grandkids loved the pool in the back of the condo that is right out the back door. Thank you

The condo was very clean and well located, 3-min walk to the beach, and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Importantly it included beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon to easily carry everything. These items really made our stay that much more enjoyable, we didn’t have to pack them for the trip. The kitchen was well stocked, including blender, and other accoutrements. The unit essentially had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here on two different occasions and absolutely loved it! The location is great, it’s clean, and is equipped with everything you need! Omar and Erika are great and respond quickly with any questions you may have! This is definitely a place we will continue to book!

We enjoyed our stay on SPI! The home was very clean and equipped with all the beach stuff you need. Nice kitchen. The king bed was so comfortable, my husband slept longer then he ever has. Location was easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach a short 5 min walk. I recommend this home for your next vacation.

Check-in was seamless. Sandy was a great help and genuinely was eager to help with anything. Property was well appointed. Nice decor. Kitchen did lack towels.
TV did not have cable but that was quickly fixed thanks to super nice Alex.
Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms.
Only negative was that we were unable to swim in the pool due to the water being so hot. I checked nearly everyday and it never cooled off. It felt as if the heater was on.
All in all we really loved our stay here and would love to stay here again! Thanks again!

Perfect Beach Getaway
My fiancé, puppy and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay. This property is exactly as advertised: a short walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants/stores SPI has to offer, very dog friendly, clean, comfortable and amenities that are on point for the perfect beach getaway. Great Place To Stay
Condo was very clean and beautiful decorated. It was fully equipped. Pool was nice and clean. We did have issues with the wi-fi not reaching the main bedroom :-( or pool area, but other than that it was awesome who needs wi-fi when we are trying to spend time with family. We would definitely come back again.

Fantastic condo! Pet friendly, too
The owners really did an amazing job making this condo feel like a beach getaway. The beach-themed decor, the comfy furnishings, tile flooring throughout, and the excellent natural light created a wonderful experience. The house is nicely outfitted with dishes, pots, and pans. Not to mention that the beach is a 1-2 minute walk away. You don't have to cross any major roads, so carrying all of our beach gear was a breeze. Lots of restaurants nearby that we walked to.
We were the only ones there (it's a 4 unit building), so we had private access to the super clean backyard pool. It was lovely.
We're already planning to come back in the spring. I'd highly recommend this house.
Note: if you're traveling with pets, be aware that there are TONS of sand burrs in the grass. Your dog WILL get them painfully stuck in their feet. The best place to take your dog for a walk? Leave the house, take a left, and then walk along that sidewalk (where the walking path is). That grass is more manicured and doesn't have the sand burrs. Our pups were miserable until we found this area. Or buy your dog some booties. They're worth it.

Family Getaway
We spent Thanksgiving week enjoying the island! The condo is in an excellent location and we thought it felt bigger in person than the photos do it justice. We were grateful for the beach chairs, towels, and extra toys that we found on-site to enjoy as well. Thank you!

Summer beach getaway
The property was perfect for our family. The unit was quite large with a great "kids room", had a very nice private patio/pool area, and is super close to public beach accesses (2 minute walk) with outdoor showers to clean up. We really enjoyed our stay on the island and look forward to coming back again

Excellent vacation condo for any family
This is one of the best places we have rented for family vacation. The house was well stocked with everything needed for a family to feel at home. We really enjoyed the stay. The place was clean upon arrival. The decor was really nice with the island beach theme. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the access to the pool right out the back door. About a 5 min walk to the beach so the location was exactly what we were looking and hoping for. Overall excellent. The internet had some issue day 2 but it was immediately addressed and resolved by the property management.
