Das Zimmer war schön hergerichtet, vor allem der eigene Sitzplatz vor dem Zimmer lud zum entspannen ein. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und ist nur zu empfehlen. Die Familie war immer bemüht zu helfen, trotz kleiner Sprachbarriere.

Wenn man etwas sehen will von der Gegend, sollte man sich einen Roller mieten, da die TukTuk Fahrten eher teuer sind in der Gegend.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Terrasse ist sehr schöne. Außerdem gibt es warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Das essen (sowohl Frühstück, als auch Abendessen) war lecker.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist etwas schwierig. Nur er spricht gebrochenes Englisch. Seine Frau spricht kein Wort.

Sumudu est souriant et il a son propre Tuktuk donc il est toujours près à vous proposer un transport ou une visite avec lui à prix raisonnable. Si vous voulez un séjour clé-en-main avec une panoplie d'activités et de visites de la région c'est parfait ! Vous n'aurez pas à chercher, le tuktuk vous attend à l'entrée ! Si vous êtes plus indépendant dans votre façon de voyager, vous allez peut-être ressentir une légère pression/incompréhension à savoir pourquoi vous préférez marcher ou prendre l'autobus plutôt que de faire appel à ses services. La chambre est petite mais confortable, la douche propre et chaude (à partager avec quelques grenouilles et fourmis mais ça semble être la norme à Sigiriya en saison des pluies). 30 minutes à pied sur un beau sentier pour se rendre à la billetterie de Lion's Rock.

Notre grande déception se situe au niveau des déjeuners. Bien qu'ils étaient magnifiquement cuisinés par sa femme, les déjeuners srilankais qu'on nous a servis (riz frit, nouilles au légumes...) ne correspondaient pas du tout aux images de fruits luxuriants, smoothies, toasts et pot de thé qu'on retrouve dans les photos de Booking (14 images sur 42 quand même), qui étaient l'une des raisons pour laquelle nous avions choisi ce logement.

There is little frogs in bathroom, but I heard that it is common problem in Sigiria, they went away on a second day.
