Everything was good until we tried the internet and couldn't make it work couldn't communicate with host and my family that asking for address thank god my nephew had a little bit of service but at the middle of Saturday it got fix

Overall great stay. Enjoined the riverfront access.
Would have liked more seating area to have breakfast instead of having to go down stairs to larger table.

A group of friends and I stayed at this house for Memorial Day weekend and had a fantastic time!
The house was extremely spacious with everything we needed, but the icing on the cake is the large yard with direct access to the river. We were able to hang out in the river all day during the hot weekend.
We definitely recommend staying here and would book again!

We had a great time celebrating my wifes 30th birthday with all of our old college friends. The house has tons of space for everyone, and the property is gorgeous. River access was amazing and private. Will definitely book again in the future!

My Fiancé and I had a joint bach weekend with all of our wedding party. The location was perfect. We spent our days relaxing on the river and spending quality time with each other. The house was clean and comfortable to hang out in. We will definitely come again for another group stay in the future.

Amazing riverfront property with great amenities and huge space for multiple families to stay. Private backyard leading to accessible river is top-notch. Waking up to spectacular views reconnects with the tranquility of nature. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with main city access nearby.
Property was super clean and comes with all needed amenities (Including several chairs for enjoying the firepit outside). House was unique, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen were available and clean. Big dining table/area inside and outside. Multiple activities available in and around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake.
Property owner was prompt in answering the questions and very accommodative for all the requests we made.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay here again.

My group was very satisfied with the house. Only small issues that were there when we arrived. Like some damaged wall and hole in another room. Other than that it was great. I would rent again.

This is our second stay at this place! My friends and I all the best time and hope to continue to book here for the rest of our annual trips. It’s such a convenient location, great access to sit in the river, clean, easy, and always a blast!! Couldn’t recommend more!

This was our second year at the house and have enjoyed every thing about it.
The house is great for large groups and perfect location to just go sit in the water.
Todd was very accommodating with an early check in and very responsive to messages.

Great house right on the river! Enough space for our large group. We are repeat renters and keep coming back for the great location and how spacious it is. The house is always clean and has many amenities. Will be booking for next year real soon!

Amazing property! It had everything we were looking for; great access to the river, lots of space both inside and outside. Our group included 14 people from 5 different households. There were 5 separate beedrooms so each family had their own room. The amenities were plentiful. The outdoor patio was spacious with great grilling/smoking equipment. Overall 5 out of 5 stars, would definitely book this property again!

I’ve stayed at multiple places on the Guadelupe River and this property had one of the best views from the balcony. The house itself comfortably fit a big group of friends with plenty of space to spread out. It is also very conveniently located on river road and walking distance of tubing shuttles. I highly recommend this place especially for larger groups

Great house with plenty of beds! Description accurate so you can count on the house offering what they say it is. Gruene is a fun place for all ages. The house had the perfect set up for everyone from my 90 year old mom to my 5 year old granddaughter - we all enjoyed it.

Place was right on the river. Lots of sleeping areas. Lots of towels. Only downside was no dishwasher. Bring paper plates and plastic ware. We had a great time. The location was great for kids and people watching.

We’ve rented this property a couple of years now for our family getaway. It’s perfectly located. It has a perfect spot where you can sit right in the river and watch the kids and others playing games on the back of property. There was plenty of room fire us all. I love that there’s a store just a minute away for any forgotten needs. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and made the check in and out process super easy. Highly recommend!

We love it. First time we were there with adults only, this time with multiple families. This is a great place for large groups and even if the river isn't great for floating the part of the river with this house makes for a great place to just hang out in the water all day. The house has great outdoor cooking space and plenty of hot water and showers.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It is in a great location on the river. There is plenty of space all around for everyone. Love the fact that I can bring my small dog with me! My family and I will most definitely be staying here again!

House is a great place to stay for a large group of people! Plenty of beds and bathrooms along with elbow room inside and out! Owner is extremely nice and responsive with any hiccups or questions that may come up! Would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved this river home. Views from property were stunning and we slept 19 with ease. Property is on a great part of river with flowing water that you heard even at night, which was so incredibly relaxing. Great layout which never seemed to feel cramped even with so many people. Plenty of spaces to grab a few minutes of solitude if you needed it. Perfect place for even little ones to play in the water, had to drag them out of it. The whole group agreed that we would love to rent this property again for an even longer stay. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay, and the host was responsive and helpful.

Everyone loved the view of the property. The bonus room downstairs was amazing for our 17 women. All the windows from the living room/kitchen area were beautiful! Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Everything was very clean and they had plenty of pans for cooking and serving dishes!

Great trip to relax on the river with old college buddies. We had a great time using their grills, River front property, and lodging. It was plenty of room for us by a long shot and everything in the home opporsted as it should so nothing but 5 stars from us.

This was the perfect place for a family retreat! We loved the location on the River and there was plenty of space for everyone. The host even allowed us to check in a few hours earlier than originally scheduled. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. Lots of amenities and lots of space for people. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Due to low temperatures, we had no water in one of the restrooms, but that was quickly fixed during the day. The kitchen is well equipped but a dishwasher would have been of great help, no big deal though. The beds are comfortable but kind of hard to get in and out of the bunk beds. Altogether, I truly recommend this place for any group trying to spend quality time away from the city.
