Accessibility, comfort, accommodating staff

The bathroom is a bit small for me. I am quite tall so it is a liitle uncomfortable for me to move around.. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Everything else is great.

The close proximity to Abreeza mall and other relevant spots in Davao City.

Spacious living room and big bedroom, air conditioning worked well, nice view, good interaction from owner on check in process, free parking stall, proximity to Abreeza mall. Stove, oven, fridge worked well, as did the combo washer dryer. Building security staff very courteous and pleasant. We stayed 9 nights.

Bed seemed too soft, initial description indicated 2 bedroom when in reality it is a one bedroom, owner acknowledged mistake. Bathroom way too small, and many cracks from recent earthquakes are showing up, bedroom door doesn't close because of structural crack. Shower door also doesn't close, top hinge is loose. Kitchen has only one electric socket, and no rice cooker was provided. Electric socket in bathroom didn't work. WiFi was pitiful, very slow to non existent at times. Shower area didn't feel like it was properly cleaned, soap residue from past tenant was in the soap dish. TV channels are very limited. No kitchen drying towel provided, we found this strange.
