The friendliness of the staff

The room air condition is unpredictable. I know it’s centrally controlled but it’s either too hot or too cold.

Staff were great- very welcoming and accommodating. I cant see any fault with them.

During my stay- fumes from the sink that smells like sewage keeps on intermittently emitting in my suite. I kept on calling through out the day for this to be looked at and fixed however all they did was put a deodorizer to masks the sewage smell but eventually after a few hours came back again. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation which i expressed to front desk. Management should take a look at their sewage system as clearly there's something wrong with it.

Cleanliness and food

Considering about cancellation of the other room that been booked due to not able to fly to Philippines due to some circumstances

We stayed there for a night between two flights, it was an awesome experience, first they gave us a bigger room than what we actually originally booked, the employees were very friendly and very helpful, the place was very clean and very comfortable, it’s almost a shame we only stayed for a day, I would definitely come back if I’m around, thanks for making our stay so fun!

Absolutely perfected service. Dial zero and each time made me shockingly happy. Not just no resistance but immediate snap fingers response to any request. The suite where we stayed is the best room, in the best hotel I've ever stayed at (I'm American and have been to high end hotels in big cities, and Vegas). Never too crowded, absolutely top notch in every way. They even laid out roses in a special way because it was my honeymoon, and brought us a plate of special dessert for that same reason.

Nothing. It could not have been better, was perfect in literally every way.

Check-in time was 2pm but we were allowed to check-in before that. We arrived around 1pm. My parents are both senior citizens with special needs, and the staff were very helpful in assisting them.

There were some mosquitoes so maybe a periodic fumigation will help. There are also a lot of doves flying resulting to droppings on the balconies. I don't mind that, but it may become an issue for other guests.

Staff are all great! Except how the management deal with my guests. No more farther explanation.

I like the location and the swimming pool

The room has a bad smell. It seems that it hasn’t been occupied for a longer time. They should have freshen the room before the guest arrives.

feels like we stayed out of the city. convenient location and they are flexible in brining outside food

after we checked in, some things were not refilled like the minibar and soft tissue.

We love the huge living room and dining room. Its very comfortable. everything in the room is comfortable.

So many dove poop on the balcony and even on the pool. The hotel should do something about the doves.

food service and cleaning service. breakfast only have few selections for the room— bedding only have one set they dont have extra for exchange and beddings is old the duvet filler is too light for me. for the balconies of the Suites rooms was so messy and full with bird’s waste all over the balcony I requested for cleaning and no one show up to clean until I checked out.
