Perfect location and very good apartment. Clean and comfortable. Close to the center. Quiet area. Nice but small pool.

Low water pressure

Location was perfect, right in the center of the town. Pool area lovely.

Beds were very uncomfortable, it was trying to sleep on a cement floor. My two companions remained at the property bur I moved out into the hotel next door just to sleep.

The location was ideal close to airport, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped we found there everything we needed. Very good communication with the host. He was very helpful.

The owner was very kind and the rooms were very clean

I liked the space we had ,it was ideal for 5 people and we had the pool basiy all to ourselves

We had to wash bedding etc ourselves there was no one who came in and cleaned but this didn't make to much of a problem as everything we needed to do this was available. My wife and aunt where covered in bites we wondered what was wrong bit we found out it was a new biting fly from Africa which had recently come to islands so no body was to blame ,so if coming bring bug repellent first time over 20years we have come in contact with these bugs ,so please watch out my aints bites became infected

Apartment was spacious, very well equipped and clean. Washing machine a bonus. Terrace area with table and chairs. Swimming pool ideal for children. Good location. A big thank you to Louis who was around every day and our saviour on the last day when our transfer never turned up and he drove us to the airport. Definitely recommend this place.

We are so happy that we found this "little gem" for our stay in Fuerteventura on Booking.com..We loved everything about our 7 night stay in this fantastic apartment with swimming pool. Fadi the host was so attentive keeping in touch to see if everything was ok. The apartment was modern, spotless clean and is in a fantastic location near restaurants bars shops and 10 minute walking distance to the harbour and the beach..Luis the maintenance man for the private complex is so friendly and helpful and even dropped us back to the airport for our flight home which was great. We will definitely be returning, hopefully later in the year and will be recommending this 3 x bedroom apartment to family and friends in the meantime. We cannot wait to return.

The attitude. My impression was that the owner or the administrator did not know the situation on place. There is a person responsible for meeting guests and handing over the keys, who knows nothing and is not involved at all, but the image of the property suffers. If you go there be careful, you will need soap, detergent and if you stay longer I think also toilet paper. On the last night the light in the room, although it was swiched off, with a certain periodicity, shone, I think it is clear how well we managed to rest. The only thing that should be appreciated is the contact with the owner/administrator who always wrote relevant information and could be contacted.

It had everything we needed, it was basic but comfortable as a base, to explore the surrounding area. It was nice to have the pool and be able to sunbath with the sun loungers available . The beds were comfortable.

We could have had some information about the surrounding area. Did not like the fact from the Monday until Friday being disturbed at 8.15 am by work men drilling, banging and scrapping the concrete of walls. I did not want a holiday at a building site. We wanted peace and quiet holiday. This spoilt what could have been a great holiday. If I had known in advance the plans for this to go ahead I would not have booked this apartment. I also could not put my washing out to dry without it being covered in dust. Also the stairs were covered in dust and not cleaned. Also the double bed upstairs did not have a bottom sheet on it when we arrived, so had to take off the sheets from the twin beds to make a bottom sheet. There was not enough pillows on the beds. The downstairs bed did not have a quilt on it, so had to use the blanket which was in the wardrobe.

Great location, close to everything (all within walking distance) property was very clean and equipped with all our needs. Outside area is very well maintained, very quiet, friendly neighbours and a secure place to stay.

One fault: the iron needs replacing as it leaks, apart from that - absolutely perfect.

I want to start by saying that we had a great stay at this apartment. It is perfectly located in Caleta de Fuste, away from the noisy part, but also with easy access to FV-2 road which can take you quickly to all the beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura, north or south. A ten minutes drive from and to the airport makes this location perfect for planning. The apartment features three fully equipped bedrooms, the one downstairs with its own bathroom. Having two bathrooms, two showers, one of which totally independent makes a family very happy. I know the beds quality can be a personal preference, but I simply loved the firm mattress, I found it to be very very comfortable. I can confirm that the photos of the property are real and represents the place. In normal times Caleta de Fuste can be a very busy place, with almost no parking available, but this apartment has two spots ready for guests. Both of them located on the private premises and in the shade, keeping your car cool during your vacation in the canarian sunny days. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to make your stay even more enjoyable. The complex has a very very clean pool, maintained every day and the sorrounding areas cleaned also daily. I can 100% recommend this apartment. We enjoyed 12 nights here in April. I don't know when, but for sure we'll be back here someday, hopefully in happier times.
