Traveling Through and enjoyed the stay

Birthday weekend getaway couples only and this cabin was fantastic. It was the perfect cabin and we had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

It was exactly what I needed. The cabin is exactly as described and pictured. It was clean and Peaceful. I got to see a couple of bears which was enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Cleanest cabin ever! We have stayed at quite a few cabins and cleanliness is the number one review we look for in the reviews. This definitely passed my finger dust test! Cabin also was as described, beautiful views, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

This cabin has everything that a group of 4 needs to relax and spend quality time with each other. The facilty and property is neat, clean, & well kept. Beds are comfortable; however, bring your favorite pillows if picky about something like that. The kitchen, dining, & den areas are open / connected allowing everyone to visit during activities and cooking. We loved the screened porch, deck, hot tub, & scenery around the property. There is plenty of room for quiet time when reading, napping, lounging, or exploring. The cabin has great internet & broadband television services. We use T-Mobile / Verizon services which were both spotty at the cabin. The great WiFi took care of that issue. The kitchen has everything needed to cook & dine. Bring paper towels, disposable plates, foil & napkins in your supplies. Cooking spices, cooking oil, flour, corn meal, sugar, coffee, cone shape coffee filters / coffee pods, condiments, chip bag clips, zip baggies, storage containers, and mixer (for baking) should be brought to cabin if desired. All kitchen appliances are modern & work well. The refrigerator has an ice maker also. Bring charcoal for grill. Finally, early July outside temps ranged from mid 60' to upper 80's. The central air when used kept the cabin cool & comfortable. The facility is about a 15-20 minute drive to Gatlinburg. There is a golf course nearby, local resturants, gas, & convenience stores along the way. The mngr was professional & great to work with.

Great Cabin place to stay short mini vacation!!! but too much restrictions rule Cabin! Probably I book again in future and refer other friends..

Great cabin in wonderful location with beautiful views. In about 15 to 20 minutes you are in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or trails of the Great smoky mountains park. Everything was well thought out and clean. We loved that we did not stay in the craziness of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend this cabin. Great and effective communication from the host.

The cabin was amazing. Had all the basics that we needed. Super cozy and clean. Cleanliness was amazing. Host was super nice and great communication.

The property owner was very informative and helpful. The information guide she left had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was very clean and organized. The view of the Smokey’s from the deck was amazing. Our son loved the hot tub. We enjoyed the nature so up close and personal. Upstairs bed is very firm, kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The family games and nature decor was a nice touch. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The cabin was beautiful and cozy. However we were traveling with an 18 month old and a 10 year old. The cabin would probably be better suited for older children. There were some strange rules, like no sleeping on the living room furniture. The bed upstairs was uncomfortable, probably just an older mattress. The main thing that concerned me was, after reserving through VRBO, I received an email from the property manager and a contract. The contract was very aggressive and required my CC info at the end. When I asked about canceling the reservation after reading the contract, stating I hadn't signed the contract yet. I was told I could cancel but would not receive a refund. I was basically forced to sign the contract and give my CC info to a 3rd party or lose my money. My husband said I should have canceled and disputed the charge with my bank, but who has money to wait on during a dispute. The entire stay I was worried my little one would mess something up and I would be charged something outrageous. The contract had charges and fees for what seemed like everything.

The cabin was beautifully appointed and so clean. Felt right at home the second we walked in.

We got away for four nights. We needed a place with two bedrooms and this definitely fit the bill. I usually do not like staying in properties such as this but this met every expectation I had. It was clean, comfortable, and had a hot tub. I very much recommend!!

My husband and I stayed in the Mountain Laurel cabin and it was absolutely wonderful! It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Christmas trees in almost every room, very festive! The view from the deck was amazing. Would highly recommend this cabin, hope we can visit again! Made our Christmas trip to the Smokies and Dollywood even more special!

Gorgeous cabin in the mountain woods. Away from the hustle and business of downtown Gatlinburg, but easy short drive to town and National Park. Well maintained property, very cute decor. We loved playing checkers on the porch, we soaked in the hot tub after long hikes, and took in the mountain views with our morning coffee. We have two little boys who thought the property was great and didn't want to leave! We got to see black bears, and they do come close to the cabin, just make sure to be careful.

Wanted to spend a few quiet days with family we had not seen in a while and revisit their homesite - perfect in all respects.

Everything was perfect about this rental. I have nothing but positive things to say ranging from the place itself to the communication with the owner. Just fantastic and currently hopped back on to book the same place again. Cannot recommend enough. 6/5 stars

The cabin was prefect for a long weekend getaway for our family of four. We enjoyed the hot tub, the screened in porch and view of the mountains. The manager was amazing and the cabin was clean.

Loved this cabin and owner! It’s definitely as advertised and easy communication with the owner, Anita! Very clean, fully loaded with amenities, easy access to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge, etc. We saw a few black bears at the cabin during our week stay (July 2022) which was an added plus to our family! Thank you Anita for your hospitality and letting us enjoy your cabin! Beautiful family memories made and Mountain Laurel Cabin and The Smokey’s hold a special place in our heart!

Only complaint is upstairs was hot and fan didn’t work. But cooled off at night. Would stay again.

Very nice, very clean! Would rent it again!
