friendly staff , lovely swimming pool

the beds were so hard , I do have arthritis mind you

Close to the beach and centre of Newquay. Breakfast was always lovely. Parking on site was very handy too.

There were some interesting smells in the room that we couldn't get rid of. The room was a little run down as the door didn't close properly and the bathroom door has a hole in it. The wardrobe dint close properly and the window did not open.

we had booked a night out in town so it was ideally situated, reception staff were lovely and the bedding was soft

the police were there when we pulled up 😬 when we walked along the corridor at 11pm to access our room we had to step over a number of dirty towels, and again in the morning on check out we had to Wade through a sea of dirty linen which really isn't best practice when we got up to the room there was some weird electrical system that meant the tv wouldn't work unless all the lights were on so when we got into bed we had a huge strip light glaring at us from the other side of the room right next to the tv so that was awkward, we pushed the beds together and found lots of grime and rubbish behind the bed side tables, there were no complimentary water bottles as lead to believe from the photos, there were however yea and coffee facilities:)

Staff was friendly, at breakfast they really couldn’t do enough for us, they made sure that we are happy Well done and a great thank you

Would have liked if the bins was emptied and as did forgot an item and I did ring to say i forgot but they never got back to me as apparently the housekeeping staff didn’t find it ☹️

Walking distance to beach and Indian restaurant, staff was excellent, very welcoming, breakfast was served warm and nicely.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was a good size. Great location very quiet. If you wanted to use the pool they would open it up for you nice little games room for the kids would definitely stay again.

Nothubg major The rooms were very hot and not enough fans. Also on the website it says about entertainment bingo etc but there was nothing on an evening. But a short walk in to Newquay where there are amusements etc.

The staff were helpful and friendly and more than happy to help with any questions I had. The hotel was clean, tidy and well presented.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast all be it a little late in being available was plentiful. Great location to beach and sea front and town Girl on reception had a much better attitude than the male who first greeted me on my arrival.

On arrival male on reception had a rude and abrupt manner. And would not let me book in until exactly 1600 then i found out there was a whole lounge waiting to do the same. This ruined the start of my stay. If there was anywhere else to stay at that point i would have gone there. On my floor there was black tape holding carpet down it looked horrible. I reported to reception my shower had a broken part on it. This was not fixed and i had no updates. Free parking at the hotel is so little i had to park 2 streets away. Also noticed stairs not hovered and at one point there was a have eaten something on the floor. Also considering the male on reception when i first arrived was so exact on what time i could book in i was surprised that on both mornings the hot breakfast was not available at 0800 exactly.

Very bad experience, requested two room close to each other, but they were on opposite ends of the hotel. One of the rooms was hotter than a sauna and wasn't usable, no support from staff.

We liked the patio doors in the room and the bed was comfy

The plug hole was full of hair the changing room in the swimming pool was really dirty - the people above where really noisey and I literally thought they where going to come through the ceiling- very dated and needs some updating and maintenance
