Thank you so much for the time at your beautiful condo. It was a week of making memories before my daughter heads back to college and son gets back into junior year. Great resort with multiple pools and amenities. Restaurants galore surround this place with multiple being water front. Highly recommend this condo.

Edgewater Resort is one of our favorite places we have stayed in PCB. This Property was perfect, it was a great size for our family 6 adults and 3 children under 8. The beds were so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and nice appliances too. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed as well as the furniture and decor. Mine and my Grandsons favorite place to sit was the chair in the Primary Bedroom looking safely out of the floor to ceiling windows. They also had sliding wood shades floor to ceiling to open and close to keep light in but private also. The owners were very helpful with questions we had and with check in. With 3 younger children and all the things to carry to the beach it was especially beneficial to have reserved chairs on the beach and were away from the more crowded side of the beach front for the other towers. This Condo would be perfect for Families and 3 sets of couples to share with each room having a private bath.

Great condo for your family vacation! Fantastic views, near many great restaurants and activities, and the parking lot was easier than a parking garage. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and comfy family room furniture. Great week!

We had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom beach themed and well stocked condo. Great view of the beach and gulf. Lots of amenities and close to the pier for fishing. The onsite restaurant was convenient after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken! The condo had one minor snafu which I was in constant contact with the owner about and he took care of it. The owners were so accommodating and answered all of my questions right away! We loved this place and cannot wait to book again next year!

We had a great stay at Henry’s place. It was very clean upon arrival, nicely stocked with the essentials, and was comfortable for our group of 10. Owners were easy to get ahold of, and even checked in to make sure all was going well. The supplied baby stuff was greatly appreciate since it was a few less items we had to travel with, and having access to their owners chairs on the beach was a nice touch that we’ve never had before from other rentals. The only thing we wished for was an extra blanket in the master since the quilt was thin and one of us sleeps hot while the other sleeps cold, but definitely not a deal breaker and would recommend this unit to anyone visiting PCB.

Perfectly clean, extra towels, blankets, pillows, all the amenities, great sunsets views, fully stocked kitchen (aside from seasonings), hosts were always available by text if we needed anything. Great trip. Only downside is we came in late November and none of the pools were heated which was a bit of a bummer but we made do with hot tubs instead!

Perfect place!
Second time at PCB, first time at Edgewater Resort and we will def be back! It had everything we needed and more. Perfect location, perfect view. Henry and Teresa were very easy to work with. There was one little thing I inquired about once we arrived and they offered their help very quickly. It wasn't a big deal so we didn't take them up on it. It did not hinder our stay at all. Book this place for your vacation!

Great resort with a beautiful oceanfront view
Fantastic property. Tons of extras (beach towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps at all sinks, etc). Will definitely be staying her again. Owners were very friendly and extremely quick at responding to messages.

Our condo was immaculate ! Everything was newly renovated , and very clean. We truly felt like we were at home. We can’t wait to go back , and we wouldn’t rent from anyone else! Amazing rental unit
Hey this property was top notch! We stayed for a week with family and found this to be the cleanest and nicest of Condo's in the resort. Our friends were impressed as they stay at the resort regularly and commented on this unit being super nice. The owners were responsive and very accommodating with questions. Would stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation
Greg's property is wonderful. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and we all loved having our own bathrooms. The condo was very clean. The constant views of the Gulf were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes for family meals. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the patio. I woke up every morning with the view of the Gulf from the master bedroom (the windows go to the floor). We really enjoyed the beach chairs. Check in was easy. Communication with Greg was fantastic in every step of the process. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome unit , possibly the best in Edgewater, my husband myself, my 3 grandchildren , and my 2 grown children stayed comfortably in this condo , absolutely all the comforts of home, completely updated , beautiful views , I would definitely be interested in coming back to this condo !!! The Owner Greg was a pleasure to communicate with and was prompt with any questions we had. We had no issues during our stay , our family had a great time !!! I would highly recommend staying in this condo. !!!

This was our first time staying at this apartment and we are looking at dates when to come back. Very clean, modern, warm, fully furnished with everything you need, on the beach with an amazing view- you cannot go wrong with this home. Gregg was great and very easy to communicate with. He was helpful, accessible and fast in responding.
We were there with 4 adults and 1 - 3yr old. Everyone had their space.
Beds are very comfortable and pillows. Showers are large and luxury. Kitchen has everything you need. Towels very clean. Washer and dryer great.
Parking right in front of the building and elevators easy to access. Amazing!!!!

Exceeded our expectations!
Our stay in Panama City Beach (3/31/18-4/7/18) was better than expected! We have rented many VRBO condos and visited several different beaches over the years, and I would rate our stay at the Edgewater in Panama City as one of the best. The condo was very comfortable for our group of 8 and the resort itself is nicely maintained with so much to offer everyone. We had a couple issues arise at the condo during our stay (no big deal, things happen) but Greg was very responsive and kept in contact with us until everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We truly could not have been happier with our experience and would not hesitate to stay at this condo again. Thank you Greg!

Awesome Rental - No Issues with Spring Breakers
This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and we were really excited to get here and find out how much there is to do -rain or shine. We were apprehensive at first because PCB had a past reputation for wild spring break activity, but this has completely changed. Now the area as mellow as any other place we've been in Florida.
The owner, Greg, was readily available throughout the week and responded to questions or concerns immediately.
The condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures! Sleek and modern throughout. This is the first 3-Bedroom we've stayed in with a 3rd bathroom, and all 3 bathrooms were updated and looked great. The beds and living room furniture were all comfortable and clean. There is also a high-end patio set on the balcony.
My wife and I brought 4 teenage boys ages16-20, and there was a lot of things for them to do besides the obvious beach action. They raced go-carts twice, went bowling, hung out at the Pier Point shopping area, played mini-golf, and rented fishing gear to fish from the pier.
There were always open chairs at the pools and there were lots of parking spaces, so we never had to park far from the door. When we arrived, there were 4-5 carts in the lobby to move our luggage.
A cab driver turned us on to some great small restaurant/bars without a wait time. Off the Hook has live music and overlooks the lagoon, C Level had great seafood and prime rib. Shore Shack Pizza had great pizza and other Italian dishes - amazing lasagna.
We go to FL once or twice a year and we're definitely going back to PCB.

We had a fabulous week in this condo, very clean and the kitchen had everything you need! Greg was always available if I had any questions! Would definitely stay here again. Great condo for extended family, plenty of room for all of us! Thanks for sharing this wonderful condo!!
