This was just a quick getaway for a few days to relax by the beach. The location was perfect. Even in the off season there were enough restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the beach was right there. Maria was very helpful and accommodating.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I for a 3 night mid-week stay. Very short walk to the beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants. Very clean, refreshed, quiet and cozy. Great water pressure. Fully equipped. Front porch for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening was also perfect.

The rental unit was super clean and the host was super attentive. She even turned the lights on for us because of our late arrival. Can’t beat the location. Highly recommended!

I have been staying on LBI for my vacations for 35 years, my family and I have always found the most wonderful hosts and homes. This was no exception, great host and place in my favorite, Beach Haven. Absolutely beautiful place and location.

The apartment was beautiful and clean with a lovely covered porch and a great view of the park across the street! The bathroom had a nice large shelving unit to store your extra things. There was a nice roomy outdoor shower in the back with a separate dry area to change your clothes. Great location! Everything was within a short walk: the beach, restaurants, and grocery store! We loved our stay and hope to be back next year.

Great location in a Victorian House! So close to the beach that we hardly used our car. Matter of fact, we parked it down the block next to the beach entrance & used it to store our beach chairs & umbrellas so we didn’t have to lug our gear back & forth! We enjoyed walking & riding our bicycles to the grocery store - only 2 blocks away & to the many restaurants and lovely shops conveniently located nearby. This is a great apartment for guests who cannot climb a lot of stairs. We enjoyed relaxing on the inviting wrap around porch that faces Veteran’s Park & had the added bonus of listening to the Wednesday evening concert from the comfort of the porch. We felt safe riding our bicycles on the wide, clearly marked bicycle lanes and we were able to lock them up on the porch at night. Our host Maria has excellent communication skills and responded quickly to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet the two couples renting the larger apartment next to ours and they have been renting it for their vacation every year for the last 15 years! so that is a testament of their satisfaction of this location and care the host provides them. Our one bedroom unit was comfortable enough for my husband & me. The kitchen does not have a lot of counter space for prepping meals; there are 2 electric burners, no oven, but it was still functional enough for us and there is also a gas grill and an outdoor eating area provided for guests. We had a lovely stay & hope to return in the future.

We booked this unit last minute and we had a great stay! The unit is in the best location! So close to the beach and we didn’t use our car once! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Also, The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again!

We are so happy we found this home! Perfectly sized for my family of three, clean, well kept, close to the beach, and close to the places that my daughter wanted to visit. I highly recommend this home (but not during the week I want to return next year 😀).

My husband and I have been coming to Lbi for 7 years. This was the first year we had our own place without extended family. The apartment was perfect for us and our toddler. We stayed in apartment 4 which was great for us but next year we are interested in the two bedroom unit as we are adding another addition to the family! Maria is so sweet and attentive! We will definitely be back. The process for booking was easy and the unit was very clean. The porch is shared but we met the nicest people we plan to stay friends with. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, icecream, bars, stores and amusement park, no need to drive anywhere! Thank you for having our family!

We were on LBI for a family wedding. We were thrilled with our accommodations. Close to the wedding venue. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. A true gem.

My husband and I stayed in Apt 4. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Great location to restaurants, supermarket and especially the beach. Lovely porch to sit and enjoy the day and view. Maria and Paulo were wonderful hosts. We plan to stay here in the future.

The home is beautiful and was super clean. There is an adorable porch for sitting out with your coffee or enjoying a book. We enjoyed the house and the location is near to many stores and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner made our rental process easy and was very friendly and courteous, she made us feel very welcome! We highly recommend this home.

The space was very cute but also very small. We didn’t realize that there was not an oven/dishwasher and the host did not provide any sponges to clean the dishes. Most of the dishes and utensils were dirty so we had to wash before using each. The ice was also dirty because the ice trays were dirty so we had to go buy ice, not a huge deal. The hot water in the sinks did not work, luckily hot water worked in the shower. Felt like the space was a bit over priced especially for the off season. The host said if there were any issues to contact her son which was a little odd to my husband and I since he wasn’t the host. Property was very clean but again, small and over priced. Good if you plan on eating out mostly and not staying for a long period of time.

Maria was very helpful. Everything was great. I’d definitely stay there again!

Beach House 4 is unbeatable, if you want to be next to the beach and only blocks away from countless shops and restaurants! It's a small apartment in an old Victorian with 4 dwellings and while not fancy, the hosts are kind and accomodating and your front yard is a park with free concerts, artist markets and locals walking dogs. So much fun and perfect for a couple or family with one child!!!

Condo was wonderful for my husband and I. Close to our favorite part of the beach and quiet. Maria is a great host and was flexible with our check in requirements and was very responsive if we had an issue. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property owner is wonderful and the apartment was spotless with everything we needed. So close to the beach and enjoyed the open park across the street as well as great restaurants and a market within a quick walk! Loved it!

Beautiful accommodation in the perfect spot. Felt like home and the location is close to eveything.

Very nice property overall, very convenient location a very short distance from everything, just yards from the beach. Didn't use my car the entire time I was there. Apartment was very clean with new a/c units and a smoothly functioning shower (not always a given at LBI guest houses.) All appliances worked well. The TV could use a better cable package with more channels, but everything else was great. Also a nice, breezy porch.

Our vacation was amazing! The house is beautiful, convenient & super close to the beach. We walked to everything… dining, shopping, entertainment. Maria was very pleasant & friendly. We plan on coming back soon!! We highly recommend this place!!

Clean, convenient and comfortable!

The property was clean and the location can't be beat. Very quiet but also close to the beach and to a small grocery store, restaurants, shops and the like. Also has a nice little park across the street and ample parking. Very nice stay!

Can't say enough about this property and how kind and accommodating the owners were. The location was excellent. We will definitely be back.
