Doug is a great host! The house is beautiful and perfect for a larger group/family. Only 10min from the beach and close to town.

Quaint- Immaculate- Perfect

This is our second time staying in this house. It was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was perfect and had tons of pots, pans and dishes. The living room couch was very comfortable and the fireplace made us feel at home. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated, as were the bathrooms. The area was lovely with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Doug was a great host. Everything we needed was provided and the house was perfect for a golf getaway weekend with friends and family! Highly recommended.

We rented this house for a family get together. The house was immaculate, clean and tastefully thoughtfully and beautifully decorated from the Top to bottom. This did not feel like a rental spot, it felt like an immaculate high end Bed and breakfast. Everything was there, and thought of, inside the house and also outside the backyard and back patio deck were absolutely gorgeous, an oasis of calm beauty. we cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. Wonderful place . And the owner was helpful and attentive at every step. We will be coming back!

The home and property was great. Very clean, had everything we needed-such as towels, beach chairs, etc. The location is great, near many shops, supermarkets, liquor store, near everything you'd need. Great restaurants and beaches too! It was the cleanest rental I've ever been in! The rental is also super cute, well laid out and comfortable. Doug is great with responding and was a gracious and generous host.

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful, clean and quiet home and hope to return.

I had no idea how difficult it is to find a short-stay rental (less than 1 week) in the Hamptons during the high season. My search ultimately led me to Doug and I am so thankful! We had a delightful 3-night stay in his clean and cozy home. Everything was just right. The location is perfect. The house is well-appointed and provides all the comforts of home. The kids loved the large outdoor space with the swing set. I should also mention that communicating with Doug was very easy. He promptly responded to my calls/texts. I am already looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Doug!

This house was perfect for a weekend girls trip! Lots of room and a beautiful deck with a big backyard! Local to the beach, great restaurants, and wineries!

Booked this house with my friends for MDW. The house was very clean, lots of amenities, cozy and nice layout for entertainment/getting ready. Comfortably accommodated our group. There was an issue with the refrigerator/freezer and Doug was very quick to resolve. He was easily accessible and open with communication. Would suggest this house to future guests!

A group of 6 of us stayed in Hampton Bays for a wedding and could not have picked a better property to stay at! The outside and patio was the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable weather and the location could not have been more ideal for us!

Doug's home was perfect for my sister's bachelorette weekend trip. He is very prompt in responding to messages and addresses all questions/concerns. The pictures do not do justice. The home was even more beautiful in person! There are plenty of bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious backyard. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, I highly recommend booking your stay with Doug.

The house was lovely and the outdoor space was even nicer. The kitchen was set up beautifully and 3 bathrooms guaranteed no waiting. This was a perfect place to spend with family.

We had an amazing time in this wonderful home-the photos do not do the home justice. The home was very clean, comfortable and was beautifully furnished and decorated-the kitchen and bathrooms were all updated and elegantly finished. The house had everything we needed-kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils and everything needed to cook meals. Doug was wonderful to work with and so responsive whenever I had a question. We planned a last minute trip and Doug had the house ready for us in less than a day after booking. The home had a wonderful deck and large backyard which we all enjoyed. It was very close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was a little chilly when we were there but we visited the local beaches and nature and had most every spot to ourselves. We would love to return and explore more next time we are in the area visiting family. Thanks so much for a much needed escape!
