Amazing location, great food and good beer, a good night's sleep too, would highly recommend!

If you want no sleep on a budget (80 chf not really cheap for what it is) go for it. The rooms have zero insulation, you hear people snoring, peeing, walking in the corridor and cracking the wooden floor non stop. From 5 am you hear the busy road cars (with ear plugs and closed windows) and all hostel moving after little sleep anyway. Worse place i stayed in Switzerland. Even if you take a non single room, you still have all these inconvenients so i left after the first night and owners refused to refund the second night. Don't do it. Waste of sleep and money.

Friendly and helpful staff; good location for Via Alpina and access Schächentaler Höhenweg; good restaurant with plenty of choice for dinner.

Pity that breakfast was not available, but at least I knew this in advance so could bring my own,

Very friendly family all in guesthouse w/ great restaurant. 1 pers room is small but perfect for a couple of nights. All around the guesthouse are mountains, so great for cyclist and walkers

I had a nice stay, the hotel is in a beautiful location. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was helpful and informative. I would come back!
