Personnel très sympathique, très bien placé. L’ambiance général est très agréable. Du choix au buffet, notamment végétarien.

Malheureusement c’est très mal insonorisé, venez avec des boules quies si vous avez le sommeil léger

The swimming pool is great, everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly. I came to make a road-trip with my motorcycle, and the location was perfect. I loved this place!

Location was amazing. Beaches at Son Moll (10mins walk) and Cala Agula (30mins walk) were easily accessible and extremely beautiful. I booked a shuttle service to the airport and it picked me from the door of the hotel. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Cleanliness was amazing!

We got 2 single beds joined together instead of one double bed and they would easily move apart which was not so good. They kept moving whenever I would sit on the bed.

Hotel is situated is in a calm location, you can easily park car near it on the street. Building is after reconstruction, so everything was new and clean. The room cleaning is daily. Rooms were nice equiped with a lot of daylight. Swimming pool was well maintaned every day and even suitable for swimming as it has approx. 20m. Almost all of the staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast were great (both sweet and salty) and for dinner you choose different variation of meal every day — both tasted well and are in form of buffets. Sweets and fruits were fresh each day and were amazing (especially the watermelon)! Overall a great stay! Thanks! And we hope that you will keep this as the longterm standard or will be improving the small little thing to be even better! .)

Only reccommendation is that we will appriciate more fresh vegetables for breakfasts as there were only tomatoes.

They made a really nice birthday arrangement for my husband. The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance to both beaches. The pool is perfect for proper swimming.

You have to pay for even water even if you have dinner included.

Excellent room, clean and exactly as advertised with a big balcony. Clean and spacious bathroom and lots of storage room. Happy surprise is the smart TV in the room which allows you to watch Eurosport, Netflix or whatever you have available on your personal device. Very good location, everything is accessible by foot: 5 min from Son Moll, 10 min away from the center/port, 15 min away from Cala Gat. Cala Agulla is a bit farther, about 25 to 30 min walking, but still doable. To get to Cala Mesquida you should take bus 422 (10 min trip) and the bus stop is 5 min away from the hotel next to Son Moll. Kind service from the staff on all occasions - booking, arrival, orientation advice, covid test center advice etc. Special thanks to the lady serving breakfast that helped us with the first aid kit. Intercontinental breakfast had great variety (hams, chesses, pastry, vegetables, yogurts, fruit, cereal, jams, eggs etc) and was good most of the times and sometimes great. Mushrooms were unfortunately available only once in 7 days of stay. Food was getting better by the day with the addition of new sausages and cooked peppers. Quality of the salamis and hams could be better. White cheese was a highlight. Overall great value for money.

1) Beds were a bit uncomfortable to sleep at. The hotel probably does not provide double beds, so we had two attached single beds that were moving all the time. 2) We were leaving early (5am), we asked for some breakfast in the morning. Person at the reception just gave us a plate of cheese and ham and we barely managed to make 2 plain sandwiches. Some additional stuff for the road in packages like yogurt, milk or any other pastry would have been appreciated. 3) No fridge in the room

Basic style rooms, very clean, housekeeping and changed towels daily. The location on the edge of the resort but very easy to find. Good value for the money.

Poor breakfast, no refrigerator in the room, noisy people in the hotel (but this is not the hotel's fault).
