The location is fantastic and the apartment was beautifully furnished

Excellent central location. Parking a bonus in Dartmouth. High quality accomodation.

Some lightbulbs missing and a marked quilt, would consider these as only minor issues. The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss.

It was all about location and that was perfect. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen.

It was quite soulless. There were no pictures on the hooks already hanging. Easily rectified Perhaps they were taken down for a reason.

The view over the harbour, convenience of bars, restaurants etc. Quality furniture, bathroom and kitchen fittings.

Grab rails and shelf in the shower would be helpful.

No breakfast - accomodation only. View could not have been bettered and was very peaceful. Lovely and clean, comfy beds and so warm. Well equipped kitchen even though I didn't use most of it. Bathrooms were brilliant. Will recommend to friends and I hope to come again myself.

It was quite cold when we arrived, it would of been nice to have the heating on, upon arrival. Also I do think in the winter the flat would benefit from having curtains in the lounge.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The view from the property is simply stunning. Location couldn't be better. Really one of the best stays we have had anywhere in years. Dartmouth is such a pretty place and to be able to enjoy it in a location like this is truly special.

parking was 5-10 mins walk, but not an issue You couldn't go on the balcony

there was nothing to dislike about property, but needs more crockery/ (mugs were all chipped) to make cooking easier

The stair could be a problem if you were unsteady on your feet or if you had small children.. not a problem for us

Very clean, spacious and comfotable apartment. Nice quality furnishings and fittings. Great views and perfect location for all Dartmouth has to offer..

The balcony was out of bounds due to a safety issue. This was not a problem for us due to the time of year however in warmer weather we would have been disappointed not being able to utilise that space. The problem with the balcony was only brought to our attention by a notice left in the apartment.

A wonderful flat with beautiful views over the river dart. Tastefully decorated with a modern but cosy feel. Comfortable beds and superb bathrooms.

Great position, clean, comfortable, great veiw.

The photo on booking. Com shows this to be the first floor flat and when we arrived we were given the top floor flat, not normally an issue but I wanted the lower one as had my elderly parents with me.the owners knew I was bringing them. This caused an issue with the flights of stairs. The top floor has a balcony, however its not safe so you can't use it as doors are locked, so this did not make up for having been given the wrong flat! Only one set of keys for 2 couples which was annoying especially when the buzzer for door was inside the outer door, so when shut and the people inside have the keys you can't get In!! Good job we had phones.
