Exceptional location and amazing property at such high location. Staff was courteous and humble. Room was big.

The property is just 4 kms away from Binsar Sanctuary gate and a short distance away from Almora,from the property directly, you can see snow clad peaks and it looks very beautiful during sunrise and sunset, it is at an elevation and has nice trees around Our host Manoj was extremely helpful, guiding us during our stay and helped us with arranging things as we were very tired when we arrived, he even came with us to get a scooty for hire, we felt at home :) We had booked the dorm but were upgraded to the cottage for a night. The cottage and the dorms, both are very comfortable with enough bedding and facilities for warmth It's a beautiful property, very quiet, the host and the staff gives you homely feel and will make your stay memorable Families and people wanting a quiet time Or on long vacations or workation will enjoy the stay We had nice kumaoni food there It was a delight to speak to Manoj and his family and know more about local things

It wasn't a problem for us, but you have to walk up to the property for around 200-300 m, can be a problem for very old folks

We loved the hospitality of Mr. Manoj. He is an excellent Host and the property has excellent view of the Himalayan Ranges. It was our first home stay and we totally enjoyed staying at Zen Oaks. Our little girl totally enjoyed making new friends (Kulfi and Vanilla) and special shout to Mr Manoj for being so friendly & caring for her.

I was in the cottage. It was ok.The flash button on the commod was not working..

Only a child was working there.

The place was very clean, extremely polite staff. Owner of the property took care of everything to make the stay comfortable and pleasent for us. This is a good place even if you are visiting with family.

I believe there is always room for improvement though there were no concerns with this place.. so I will let owner use their creativity 🙂

Its a home away from home. Manoj along with his team, the host makes sure that you one has the most comfortable stay. A place that we will love to keep coming back to, food, cleanliness , area around and property location everything is just perfect.

The place and its vibe is next level, the host is awesome as well. Manoji ji made sure that all our needs are fulfilled. We had a blast and it is a must visit place to stay if you are anywhere near Almora.

Everything at Zen Oaks.. The cottage is comfortable and cosy.. Amazing homely food.. The views are out of this world.. Thanks to Manoj for the awesome stay..
