It was located close to the Island. It had a bridge leading over the water behind the hotel to the parking lot to catch the tram over to the island. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub!

Our suite was double booked and our family ended up being split up on separate floors instead of being together in a suite. The breakfast was overpriced in the restaurant.

The location is excellent, close to many attractions and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast included, and it was delicious. The staff was very nice.

Everything in the room was nice. The only thing I didn't like about my room was the carpet. It had some stained spots, but it didn't smell. Also, since my room had a balcony, it didn't have very good sound proof, I heard the cars passing by.

EVERYTHING! It was easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Super clean & the staff was so nice & helpful.

If I HAD to complain about something, it would be the shower head but it was fine.

This hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained from the lobby to the rooms. The central location provides walkable entertainment options and scenic views. Having a bar and restaurant in the lobby is very convenient for relaxing with a beer and quick bite.

The restaurant in the lobby needs a better ventilation fan in their kitchen because the cooking smells are rather strong and circulate through the entire hotel.

Don't allow booking.com unless they confirm the resv. Is correct. I booked 2 rooms and when checking in was told only 1 room was booked

Staff were all friendly. Great location. Room was big enough for 5 of us. Breakfast had good selections .

There were 2 adults and 3 kids and they said I had to pay for an extra breakfast. Should be free for all guests in a room. Also the sofa bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on the springs!

The water wasn’t hot enough for me as I like it but it might have been where everyone was taking showers…..it was warm but I like hot where I can adjust the temperature….. And the fact that I couldn’t pay for the room how I wanted to pay at the time of check in was ridiculous to me…..it didn’t make sense!
