clean, tidy, spacious beds comfortable

lack of dish towels only 1 provide for a family of 9, dishwasher broke down and wasn’t rectified in the 7 days we were there. light under cupboard only two worked 2 lights in utility room not working.

great location overall good atmosphere especially at the back of the house

very poor quality heating system, basically isn’t fit for purpose.. had to ask for additional heaters.. so many lights are missing or not working.. only one spotlight working in the bathroom. property wasn’t that clean.. it basically needs some love to bring it back up to a reasonable standard.. very difficult to get get a response from the property management.. so many calls and ridiculous photo requests needed.. not sure how you are supposed to take a photos of cold radiators.. Unless there is a significant change this was the 3rd and will be the last time we will be staying in this what was a good property

The house was lovely, very clean with a really nice garden area. Great facilities and they had obviously put thought into their guests. Lots of useful information in the lead up to the stay and during which made the process easy. It was very quiet at the back of the house and had lots of storage. Lots of bathrooms and all had hot water and good water pressure even when we were all using them at the same time which is rare! Great location and the parking was really handy, would definitely recommend and stay there again.

beautiful character house lots of space good location for Windsor castle and shops well catered for family - washing machine and booster seat etc

lots of minor repairs that need doing none of the internal doors shut properly main Chubb lock on house is tricky general waste bin was full on our arrival so we couldn’t put our rubbish in there - put it next to it leak on the roof in front bedroom so marks on ceiling main bathroom door doesn’t even stay closed bath doesn’t work plynth under the dishwasher in kitchen falls off a lot no keys in any locks internally so couldn’t lock bathroom etc gap in fence in garden that 2 year old could get down

Fantastic location and facilities. Inside the house was lovely and clean. All went very smoothly.

Not much parking but paid for parking in hotel just around the corner so fine. Nine of us stayed so lounge could have done with another sofa we brought one in from garden during our stay The black bin outside was overflowing when we arrived and wasn’t emptied during our stay.
