This house was in such a good location! We loved the pool, backyard, and spacious kitchen/living room area to hang out. A few things were broken, like the water slide in the pool, which would have been nice to know before we rented it. But overall I’d stay there again, it was great!

My friends and I have come to Scottsdale for years for Spring Training. We've stayed at this property before and really enjoyed the stay in previous years. This year, over half of our group (5 out of 9) people, had a last minute tragedy affect our trip. This company refused to work with us to reschedule our dates due to "policy." I explained to them that this was an annual trip, we WANTED to stay at the location, and that we simply wished to switch dates around so we could enjoy the city and the location. I was told that per policy, the best that could be done was cancel, hope that the property got re-booked, and then we could get a refund. The time table was too tight for that to realistically happen. When I explained the actual circumstances that our group was dealing with (suicide) .....zero assistance or other options were discussed. I understand having a policy in place for people that flake. This was not one of those situations and having an unrealistic option cast on our group was both insensitive and telling about the company we were dealing with. Instead of losing the entire payment, the four members unaffected by the tragedy decided to go without us. When they arrived, they were met with a series of problems. They're listed as follows: Male genitalia shaped confetti all over the floor and house No toilet paper No paper towels No trash bags No laundry detergent The oven was broken Light fixtures were falling out of the master bath ceiling No scrub brushes or sponges Broken double pane window Freezer was not cold Ice maker did not work Patio TV that didn't work (which we let slide last year as well) These issues were reported by the group that did keep the booking. Since I do the booking for the trip, I'm responsible for the review. Outside of the serious lack of compassion for our situation and the inability to look beyond "policy" to work with returning guests, the house was in shambles compared to last years event. This company had an opportunity to really leave a lasting impression about how they do business in a customer service based industry. The impression they left was that a group of people will never use their services again because they didn't care about their customers.....they cared only about the money. Again....I understand the need for policy. I also believe that there are exceptions to everything. Goodnight Stay cares about the profit over the customers.

Overall, walking into the house, it looks like the pictures in the listing. It's nicely decorated and cozy. But we were a little disappointed, the house seemed to be in need of quite a few repairs and fixes and looked pretty warn down. We were able to quickly communicate these issues with the property management company, which they took time to address them as best they could while we were there. We were also disappointed as the pool water feature/slide weren't working and wasn't going to be fixed while we were there. The pool was the main reason we booked this property, so that really stunk. Some other main components at the house weren't working properly either (1 burner wasn't working on the grill, the freezer in the refrigerator wasn't working either - they did have a small chest freezer in the dining room to accommodate the freezer, but...yeah, and there were lights literally falling out of the ceiling as the clips that held them in were broken), it just felt like the house hadn't been taken well care of. There also ended up being a leak in the master bathroom that had already warped the wood floors. This leak was active we found out after the floor buckled up from the water damage on our third day. Again, I would like to express the rental company was immediately on the case and sent two contractors out to the home within 20 mins of us reporting the floor buckling. The good news is the rental company worked quickly and was extremely apologetic while finding a solution for us. They moved us promptly to another home within hours. We appreciated the attentiveness they gave and the solutions they offered - it just kind of stunk. We did enjoy our vacation otherwise.

Great house overall. We had a group of friends out to get together and play golf. House was perfect for it. More space even than the pictures show and house was very clean. Pool & yard are very nice and well kept. Freezer had some issues but temporary freezer was in the kitchen next to it. That was really the only issue. Would definitely recommend this for a fun easy stay.

Overall great property and weekend with friends. The beds were not comfortable (could feel every spring in one of the bedrooms). There was also no soap in any of the bathrooms/kitchen to wash hands. We ended up buying cheap soap from Target. Overall, property was fun with pool and backyard area! Clean and organized check in/check out process.

We loved the location of this home to Old Town Scottsdale. Management company contacted us right away and said garbage from previous renters would be removed, but it didn’t get done before we checked out. Also, oven unclean but they did make an attempt to remedy that. Other than those small inconveniences, property was good.

We were very pleased with this rental, from start to finish. Listing was thorough and accurate. Hosts were very responsive during the booking process and in the days leading up to arrival. House was clean and ready on time, and all the amenities worked out great. Plenty of space for our large group, including a great backyard setup, even though it was a little too cold to be swimming. Would highly recommend for anybody coming into Scottsdale, as a conveniently located “home base” when bouncing around the area, or even if you were to spend the bulk of the time on site.

Overall, it’s a large, nicely appointed house in a great Scottsdale location. But our stay was a little off. When we showed up the counters were dusty, one of the windows was open, another window was broken, the pool was cold, there was no toilet paper, and no hand soap for the sinks. Other issues stood out too, such as a hole in the wall by the front door and bugs that had been smashed against the wall in the garage/pool room. When I raised these issues, the company promptly responded and tried to fix what they could. For example, someone was there in 20 minutes with 10 rolls of toilet paper. So that’s impressive. But the pool wasn’t warm enough to use until after we left, and the broken window was known problem when I let them know. I think we had a good value for our stay. And if it’s a bachelor party, you probably wouldn’t notice or care about any of the above. It just didn’t make sense in a house nearly worth seven figures.

This was a perfect spot to host our get colleague get together. The house is clean, spacious, and the backyard is amazing.

Stayed 2 nights, pictures don't do this property justice! Great backyard with the pool and barbecue area. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, upgraded throughout the home. A couple of not so great things was 1, the lack of towels, washcloths and dish towels, this is not a direct reflection of the property whatsoever, I'm pretty sure it was a house keeping issue. 2. All the beds where terribly stiff and made for a rough night's sleep.

Amazing location and property close to old town. Would highly recommend if you are traveling with a group to stay here

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice, looks even more beautiful in person! The pool is the perfect hangout with lots of seating and benches along the walls!

Property was in nice, quiet area. House was clean and adequate. Great for a stay!

The house is excellent, beautiful home and neighborhood. Perfectly located, it’s next to everything, but still quiet in a nice well kept neighborhood. My husband, and both kids cut their feet on glass out by the pool. We did a thorough check and couldn’t find any pieces to pick up, they must have been to tiny. Also, my dog developed a bumpy rash over her entire body and I had to take her to the vet, it looked like she was attacked by some sort of insect in the yard. I did notice 3 weird hive/nest looking things in the tree in the backyard. I’m not sure what is living in them but I think they may be the culprit. I know these things are out of the owners control so I don’t blame them. Whomever stayed their last must’ve broken glass but if we couldn’t find it, I’m sure the cleaning staff couldn’t see it either. Just a heads up to be careful around the pool and if you have pets watch them closely in the yard.

Property laid out great and everyone was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near everything!

We really enjoyed the house & location. FYI-There were about 3 bags of trash by the back gate that must have been left behind from the other group? It was not us.
