At first glance it was OK for 6 adult friends spending a weekend together. We reported several issues, such as the dishwasher not being attached to the counter and falling out of the space, ice maker clogged and leaking, hardly any silverware, dirty or possibly damaged stove top, and stained bed linens. They sent a manager with some replacement items and he fixed the dishwasher and fridge. I did not report the terribly uncomfortable beds and lack of other kitchen staples such as foils/wraps/bags that are typically provided. Then, 9 days after we checked out, they notified me that we were being charged $80 for damaged white towels. They sent pictures that were unclear, poorly lit, and the towels appeared brown. They did not respond to my request for a date/time stamp on the photos. The photos I took as we left the house included some with the white towels, and they look nothing like the photos they sent me. I contested the charge with my credit card company and they are now investigating. I will not rent from this management company again. Knowing that these things happen I make it a standard practice to take my own photos on arrival and departure with all VRBO type stays, and highly recommend it to all renters. You never know when it will be helpful and it only takes a few minutes.

This is a big, clean property that can accommodate a big group. The kitchen is spacious and the pool table added fun! The location is good for day trips to Talesian West, Botanical Gardwns and Pizzaria Bianco👌

The house was nice but the fire alarms all started going off around 1:30 in the morning of our first night and there was no one to come fix them. We took them down to get some sleep (and we were compensated for our trouble) but the person who came the next day to fix them didn't even put the batteries in correctly or connect the wire so we had to just take them down again. Other than the inconvenience of not enough sleep our first night the house was exactly as advertised.
