LUXURY VILLA WITH AC AND PRIVATE POOL
Una espectacular villa ubicada dentro del complejo de la ladera de Roque del Conde. Desde su impresionante posición elevada, se puede disfrutar de maravillosas vistas al Océano Atlántico, de la Isla de la Gomera y todo Costa Adeje. Consta de dos plantas ; en la planta baja hay un dormitorio con cama King side, aire acondicionado y baño en suite, una amplia cocina moderna totalmente equipada con un office , un salón comedor muy amplio y luminoso con aire acondicionado
y una sala de TV junto a un aseo de cortesía. En la primera planta hay un dormitorio con dos camas sencillas , un dormitorio con cama King side y un baño completo equipado con bañera , plato de ducha , doble lavabo y bidé y el dormitorio principal con cama King side , vestidor y con baño en suite equipado con hidromasaje grande , plato de ducha y doble lavabo. Todos los dormitorios de la primera planta tienen acceso a una gran terraza con vistas al Océano y a la Isla de la Gomera, así mismo están equipados con grandes armarios empotrados y aire acondicionado. El gran espacio exterior ofrece una fantástica piscina privada donde se puede disfrutar durante todo el año, climatizada durante los meses de invierno y un gran porche con un salón exterior donde disfrutar los atardeceres junto a un comedor. También hay una barbacoa incorporada junto con un fregadero, una encimera ideal para cenar al aire libre y un aseo. La Villa se encuentra ubicada a 5 minutos de varios Centros Comerciales como son Gran Sur y Siam Mall, el famoso Parque Acuático Siam Park y al Campo de Golf Las Américas y al Campo de Golf Costa Adeje. Y a 15 Minutos del Aeropuerto Sur.

We had an amazing time in Tenerife. The house was beautiful and what you see in the pictures. We had a car rental and I do recommend because it is up on a hill. You should explore the different aspects of the island as well. Álcala and Medano were 2 of the towns we visited to go to the beach. I highly recommend visiting them. We also did a tour of the Bodega Monje, well worth it. We also used the Tamaran jeep tour of Mt Teide and the Masca valley. Also well worth it! Everyone was welcoming and friendly.

We arrived at the villa and on first impression we were very impressed, although the location was much further up the hill than the location shown on VRBO. We then found water worms in the pool, which the owner came to look at and assured us he would discuss with his technical team. He said he would pop back to sort.
All was ok until we awoke Monday morning at 07:40am to pneumatic drills and clouds of dust, this made the outdoor area unusable during the day. THE FACT THAT CONSTRUCTION WAS GLING ON LOCALLY WAS NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION. We messaged through VRBO and received a response from the owner saying he was very annoyed as they were supposed to spray water to prevent dust (no mention of noise)(also confirming to me the owner was fully aware that heavy construction was going on). Nothing changed so we complained again and received no response from the owner. We are extremely dissatisfied as we booked a villa with a pool as our intention was to spend the bulk of the holiday by the pool enjoying the villa. This was impossible as the noise and dust was in unbearable. We feel very let down

Excellent Villa, as described everything provided that you will need. Great communication from owners, one issue which was fixed within 10 mins.
Views are outstanding, heated pool was great and loads of space around villa so you aren’t crowded.
Car not essential, Taxis are good just be aware of peak times 6-8pm you may not be able to get one, plan around this and you’ll be good.
Hill tough to walk up and down, about 45mins to an hour to go down to beach depending on pace and about double that to go back up it’s very steep!
Would recommend to groups and families great place.

Great house and location. Owners are available for questions. Some things need to be fixed up like the jacuzzi ( did not work ) and the showers ( weak ). But overall very cosy but still very rooms and a great kitchen!

Property was just as the pictures shown, albeit a little dated it was a nice property, weather wasn’t good so was a bit cold of a night with no heating, and showers were cold at times. We stayed 10 nights first time at a villa and really enjoyed the privacy.

This villa was lovely. Nice and spacious, within walking distance to shops, beaches, The Marina etc. However it lacked a few minor things. There were no bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Two bedrooms didn't have a mirror in them so two of us had to share the mirror in the hallway to get ready. The master bedroom's bathroom smelt really badly of sewage to the point that my friend had to shut the door permanently and didn't want to spend too much time in the bathroom. There was only soap provided in the downstairs toilet and there was no toilet roll at all even though it was listed in the amenities. Also they hadn't cleaned the villa thoroughly as when I put my suitcase on the floor on the upstairs hallway it got absolutely covered in dust. We also found dust elsewhere. Also, my friend who stayed in the downstairs bedroom had to clean her bathroom as she said it was not very clean. However, the kitchen was well equipped and it is a lovely villa so I would not put anyone off staying there and we would stay again, I just wanted to say this so they could address the little issues we had. I also think more information would be nice, not just a brief note, about all the nearest supermarkets, recommended restaurants, telephone numbers for taxi's etc. I tried to get a taxi number from the owner and they did not respond to my text or email.

Schöner Urlaub
Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Objekt ist leider etwas verwohnt, hat aber dem Urlaub keinem Abbruch getan. Der Pool war sehr gut beheizt und die Lage ist toll.. fehlende Dinge wurde unkompliziert ersetzt. Mit drei Badezimmern ist es für die angegebenen möglichen Bewohnern zu eng ausgelegt.

Lovely villa, with stunning views. The property is very clean and contact with the host simple and response almost immediate. A car is a must if you are wishing to go to the beach or centre. Would highly recommend

Alles is aanwezig om met 8 personen te verblijven!
Het is een grote villa met 2 terrassen en heel veel plaats,alles was heel proper!
1 minpuntje was,dat er meer wijnglazen mogen zijn en grotere kook potten voor 8 personen!

Genial, todo un lujo.
Hemos pasado un fin de semana encantador en este alojamiento. Es la primera vez que usamos este tipo de villas y hemos quedado encantados.
En general, es bastante recomendable. La piscina ideal para los más pequeños, las habitaciones muy amplias y todo muy pensado. Estabamos compartiendo el mismo espacio, pero en diferentes zonas, lo que hace muy agradable la estancia.
Las vistas hacia la Gomera y los atardeceres invitan a estar constantemente en la terraza.
Esperamos repetir.
Muchas gracias a Gaspar que en todo momento contestaba a nuestras dudas y sobretodo por permitirnos pasar en su alojamiento un fin de semana distendido.

This house is gorgeous!!
We visited the house with a total of 5 persons including a small child (6 years old). The owner was available the whole time and was super friendly and taking care of everything. The house and the pool were in a very good condition and very comfortable. The view from the house is awesome and we had a lot of fun in the evenings on the huge terrace.
All in all we all were super pleased and satisfied with the house and would definitely come back! Muchas Gracias
