We had a great experience at Shangri-La. Perfect for 5 friends, with lots of space, charm, and great location

We had a Bachelorette trip for a group of 6 girls. The house was just as pictured, but somehow even better in person! The beds were super comfortable, and the house had more than enough room! Its only 1.1 mules from river street, parking was easy on the street and uber was our friend with all the beautiful cobblestone. Would love to return back to the house. Easy check in and check out. Overall, we had a blast and the house was perfect!

This is a block from the park that has amazing walking paths, a really great restaurant, the iconic fountain, bus stops for the free shuttle that goes around town and community events going on all the time. Beds are comfortable and it's just an easy place to hang out in with family/friends. We will stay here again!

We had five girls in our 30's stay for a bachelorette weekend. The neighborhood was very quiet and you are just minutes from Forsyth Park. The house was clean and as described. No issues! Definitely consider for your trip to Savannah.

I hosted a small group of 4 Bachelorette. This property is clean, spacious and well appointed. There are plenty of places to gather. Parking on the street was easy. Everything we did was a short walk or Uber away. My only suggestion would be to update both outdoor spaces with hard surface furniture.

Our girls' trip was highlighted by this beautiful home. We ended up spending a lot of time in the kitchen and in the living room, talking, laughing and relaxing. The location is ideal. It's very quiet at night yet an easy 15 minute walk to the riverfront or a 5 minute Uber ride. The trolley shuttle picked us up right out front. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This home is simply gorgeous. The high ceilings and tasteful decor make it feel very luxurious. It's a very old home but it's been made to feel very clean and modern. The location is excellent too. You can easily walk downtown or it's a very short drive or Uber. Being able to walk around Forsyth park and to restaurants and grocery stores is a huge plus! Top notch communication from the host, they were always very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculate home in great walkable location. Home was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable girls trip. Kitchen appliances and accessories well stocked. Highly recommend this home.

Tried to contact owner/manager to let them know about some issues. Once you pay there is no communication outlet. 1. microwave didn't work 2. shower head stopped up/ no water pressure in bathroom faucet 3. no towel racks/hooks in bathroom to dry towels 4. homeless person sleeping beside house- freaky/gross 5. thermostat didn't stay at temp set/ or I didn't know how to operate it 6. no mirrors in bedroom to do hair & makeup. With two bathrooms and possibility sleeping 12 there is no way 6 people can get dressed by using only 2 lighted bathroom mirrors. and no table to put belongings-- such as dresser top, Suitcase and all personal belongings had to be put on floor. 7. poor lighting- either increase wattage in bulbs or have fixtures that produce more light. 8. inside of property was very clean 9. Outside could have been cleaned to sit on patio and porch We did anyway. 10. Fluffy rugs were a tripping hazard and didn't really serve a purpose. 11. We loved Savannah and enjoyed our stay. We had a great time visiting and appreciated the roomy property. We just frequently questioned some things of the accommodation and what the owner/manager was thinking?????

This beautiful house was just perfect for my daughter's bachelorette party. The 7 girls had a FUN extended weekend and had so much to do and see in Savannah. Would recommend this property to anyone!

This is a nicely laid out and artistically decorated 4 bedroom property. Solid Victorian gave our group of 6 acoustical privacy from the raging storm outside while providing a cozy venue during our time indoors. The house and beds were very comfortable. The house is adjacent to Forsyth Park and is brilliantly located for touring historic Savannah. Check in was easy, too.

We had a great week staying at Shangri-La. The property is located just steps from Forsyth Park and walkable to numerous restaurants and historical venues. Only word of warning would be for those who have some mobility issues. Many steps and claw foot tubs were not so compatible with the arthritic folks.

We spent an amazing long weekend in Savannah. The Shangri-La was the perfect house for our group of eight. The location is wonderful. We walked everywhere! Forsyth Park was two minutes away. The house is very roomy and is well appointed for cooking. Little touches like extra blankets for cozy naps on the coach were available. We loved having our coffee on the back porch every morning. The beds were comfortable. It was helpful to have access to a washer and dryer. The hosts left helpful suggestions for restaurant recommendations and sightseeing ideas. We were able to pay a small fee for a late check out on the last day which was a great option for varying flight times. We would highly recommend the house and would love to stay again when visiting beautiful Savannah!

Easy walking access to the city

The house was beautiful! Historic with modern decor and upgrades, comfortable beds and linens, and the perfect spot off Forsyth square made it easy to walk all over downtown. We would love to visit again!

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette party. It was spacious and clean. I loved how it was decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Virtually right next to Forsyth Park, with a great brunch spot called Collins And Quarter. Good walking distance to many local attractions and we felt very safe. The only thing i could recommend is a new bbq outside. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies to cook and eat with. The upstairs bedroom had a twin with a pull out trundle bed which was nice so some people didn’t have to share beds. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Savannah.

We loved this property! The host was amazing! We all had our own rooms for 6 girls and we’re able to get ready and have a great time. We loved how walkable it was to everything. We even made breakfast one morning and had the best time. I would recommend this property for anyone but especially a girls trip!

If you are looking for a beautiful, updated, quiet home within the historic Savannah, GA, look no further, this rental is AMAZING. We had a group of 5 friends stay in the property for a long weekend and it was comfortable and spacious. This house has everything you need for cooking, dining and relaxing. I would 100% stay in this home again. Forsyth Park is less than a 5 minute walk. I felt safe in this home and the host was prompt with responses and answers to any questions we had. The quiet hours are strictly enforced and clearly posted. Savannah has so many tasty restaurants, a rich artistic culture and some of the most beautiful landmarks that I have seen. I can’t wait to go back!

We went down for a destination bachelorette party with total of 7 ladies. The house is beautiful and comfortable, beautifully restored but also modernized. Check in and check out was easy. It was close to everything. Had a wonderful time!

We had the best time celebrating our bride in this beautiful, clean, and convenient house! It’s within 2 miles of everything downtown. Ubers were very cheap from this location! The house was decorated beautifully, and it went with our 1920s themed weekend very well! Mary was a nice host and she communicated with me quickly. The checkout requirements are easy and fair! Would recommend this house to anyone!!!

This VRBO is PERFECT for a larger group, in a great area close to River Street, and is exactly how it appears in the photos. My friends and I were extremely impressed - and it suited us very well. With that being said: the VRBO is right next to an Inn - and the owner is very serious about it being quiet pretty much at all times. Although there are quiet hours listed in our contract, the owner came out around dinner time to tell us that “no music was allowed ever” and was extremely rude. The best part of this property, in my opinion, are the outdoor porches - but the neighbors made us feel like we basically couldn’t talk out there ever because we were disturbing their guests. All in all: an amazing place! But consider the noise pretty much at all times.

This rental was great! Everyone in our party had so much space and the home itself was gorgeously maintained! Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Savannah

The house is big and beautiful. It is located right across from the Park, and only a few blocks from the main attractions. Walking distance for those who like walking. It is suited for a larger group. Could use some updating, but overall a good property we would recommend for a larger group or family.

This is a beautiful home with lots of character. My friends and I loved sitting and talking in the two sitting rooms, doing yoga in the shady backyard, and cooking together in the kitchen. It's incredibly well located for walking around historic downtown Savannah. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a ball in Savannah with our family! The beautiful Victorian was delightfully decorated and had everything we needed to cook in, mostly breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Check in and out was easy and parking was no problem.

The process was seamless. The house was very spacious. We were located within walking distance to a Kroger. We stayed during St. Patty’s day and we’re located in the heart of the parade. Would stay again.

I loved this house! It did not disappoint. We had 8 girls with us. We were all comfortable. The kitchen is nice and spacious and we used it frequently. The only complaint that I have, is the door that is in the downstairs bedroom should have a curtain or some type of shade over it to block the morning light. Other than that, we LOVED it :-)
