Adorable Finch Arboretum One Bedroom
¡Bienvenidos! Puedes tener este dúplex para ti solo :) Este es un dúplex de un dormitorio y un baño que tiene espacio para 1 a 4 personas. Está ubicado en el John A. Finch Arboretum cerca del centro de Spokane (2. 2 millas) y el aeropuerto (4. 6 millas). También está cerca de Fish Lake Trail si te gusta correr, andar en bicicleta, caminar o experimentar al aire libre. Mi lugar es ideal para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios, familias, amigos y una escapada de fin de semana.

Simple and quiet and next to the arboretum.

Stayed for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Nice place kind of felt like home after a long day of play. Nice to have the washer and dryer to keep her uniform clean and fresh. Couch was good to sleep also. Worked out perfect for just me and my daughter. The host was responsive to any question.

VeeAnn makes check in & out easy and lives nearby. VeeAnn is a good communicator, checking in to be sure if we had any questions.
The home is humble, but very clean with everything we needed for our stay, including all the things needed in the kitchen to make meals. It is a 10 minute walk to a natural area where you can walk. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. The living room has a comfortable couch where you can recline to watch TV or read.
The only downside is that you can hear the freeway traffic, especially if windows are open. (VeeAnn has a little white noise machine that works great, but if you need absolute quiet to sleep it might not work for you.)

We enjoy staying at this house near the arboretum. Vee Ann is a great host and good communicator. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The couch is comfy to sleep on if you have a 3rd or 4th person in your group.

I have stayed in the owner's properties before, and they are consistently clean, comfortable and as described. Owner is very responsive, rates are reasonable, close to downtown and airport. Quality linens and paper products.

Property was as expected, we had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to walk to the arboretum park. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe, mild noise from traffic in the morning. We would stay here again.

This place was super clean, smelled great and you can tell is very well taken care of. Definitely a great place to decompress and relax. The location is close to the main highway, but with the complimentary white noise machine and fan, which I like to have going at home as well made it really to mask any outside noise. Check-in process was simple and the property owner was super kind and very responsive. The location is about 7min from downtown and is nearby the airport as well. Such a great stay and would definitely stay again!

We loved the unit and it had good parking. The bed was on the firm side so 1/2 of us was happy lol. The host communication was good. I'm glad we chose to stay at this VRBO.

The other reviews are right. You can hear the highway traffic but the neighbors were quiet; we slept well, the traffic was nice white noise. The neighbors on both sides did place their sprinklers in a way that hit the driveway/car so keep your windows up. Easy access to i90, downtown, and arena. We would stay here again.

Great value property
This property fit our needs perfectly. We just needed a place to sleep, while being very busy in the area. The home is near the freeway, which I didn't know when I booked it. But, a white noise machine, with lots of choices of sounds is provided, and it does the trick. Cute house with everything one needs to be comfortable. Lots of little "extras" provided by host to make you feel at home, too. For a similar trip, I would book again.

Adorable little duplex

Cute, cozy and CLEAN
Took a short trip from PA to visit my little brother that lives out here. Returning in the spring and will definitely be revisiting this cute cottage! Great location (5 minutes drive from beautiful hikes or downtown). VeeAnn was also very responsive if a question ever came up. Bigger than it looked in pictures, and so clean! Great place to crash after a long hike or order pizza and cozy up on the big sofa. Was a great stay.

I gave this five stars because it was just as described. It was what we needed for the two of us. We were in town for a family wedding, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the property. We did go to the near by Finch Arboretum a couple of times for a walk. And once we oriented ourselves to the location, it was easy to get around the city. Vee Ann was very responsive to any communications we had. She was a wonderful host! Thank you, Vee Ann!
