Our group ( 4 people ) had a great stay at the townhouse. It is spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Location is ideal as shopping and dining is within walking distance. Great BBQ and deck for outdoor dining. MTB, Road Riding, Hiking and Kayaking all close by.

The property is located very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all of the outdoor activities that this mountain area has to offer. The home itself is beautiful inside with a welcoming deck on the back. The bedrooms are spacious with a wonderful gathering/family area adjacent to the kitchen. Loved our stay here and can't wait to return again!

We had a great time staying in Frisco at 728 Meadow Dr. with our son, daughter in law, and grandson. They slept on the bottom floor which made it feel like they had their own house! Watching snow fall outside the living room windows was such a peaceful time! The hot tub was a treat after a day of skiing and we enjoyed cooking meals together in the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely try to rent this location again and highly recommend it to others.

This was the first family trip to Colorado to ski at Copper Mountain. The lodging and amenities were exactly as advertised and we loved it. Thanks and we will be back!

Townhome was clean, well set-up/provided (soaps, paper towels, herbs, sugar etc.). Loved the hot tub, walkable to Main Street and the Summitt County Shuttles. Parking for 2 cars was easy. Plus quick drive to Copper Mountain or Breck. We had two small issues (I.e. needed more towels) and Evolve/PMI staff were gracious and quickly dropped off more towels. No recycling in the neighborhood, we sorted ours and dropped off at the Frisco Recycling Center (3min drive south on 9). We would definitely rent this property again when we come to Summitt County.

Conveniently located property just a short drive from Copper or Breckenridge. Nice place for 4 people or less. Don’t plan on parking in the garage unless you have a smaller vehicle. My gladiator would not fit. There plenty of space to park next to the front door tho. Only suggestion for the property owner is to have the hot tub running prior to tenants arriving. Hot tub was the selling point of this property for me and it ended up taking 48 hours to get it to temperature after we arrived.

It was a nice and clean three bedroom townhouse. The neighborhood was quiet but well situated. All the utensils we needed were available. Our family had a lovely stay.

It worked very well for us. Great location. Close to Main St and next door to Walmart and the grocery store. Very comfortable inside and the deck and hot tub were perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent property!
The condo was perfect for our mother daughter ski weekend. Excellent location in Frisco - close to Copper Mountain and only a 30 minute drive to VAIL. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and toiletries, plenty of space to hang out at night playing games after skiing and soaking in the private hot tub. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Wonderful Stay
We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean. The hot tub worked well. We had two children staying with us and they loved the bunk beds. All and all a really wonderful place to stay on our ski trip and we highly recommend it!

Great Property in a Great Location
This is a very nice condo/duplex. It's very clean. The management team was great. The master bedroom is huge. This would be a perfect location for a family with adult (or teenage) kids and little kids.

This was a wonderful townhome that fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was stocked for all our needs, beds were comfortable, warm, cozy fire after long day of skiing and wonderful hot tub for helping fix the aches and pains so we could ski the next day. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very convenient location to rentals, food, groceries and shopping. We'd love to stay there again.

The townhome was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, only blocks from rentals, groceries, and other shopping and dining. It was very convenient to do all we needed and wanted. Only 10 minutes to Copper Mountain. Wonderful hot tub to repair the aches and pains so we were ready to ski the next day. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Bed were comfortable. Great fire for relaxing at the end of the day. Wifi was fast so our kids to do homework.

Great spot. Close to all resorts. Whole Foods is walking distance. The hot tub was perfect and so nice to have a soak after skiing. Kitchen was well equipped for our thanksgiving dinner.

We had an amazing stay at the house and city of Frisco. Great accommodations, very clean and home feeling. Fantastic community. Communications with check in team was great. We look forward to a future stay here which cannot be soon enough for my wife.

Home away from home!
This cozy home was the perfect spot for our family (of 5) ski get-away. It was clean and safe. The location offers beautiful views in quiet area, but convenient to slopes and stores. We appreciated all the comforts (hot tub, radiant floors, gas fireplace, garage for storing skis) and extras - from basic pantry items in the kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies, games, and even a small Christmas tree to make us feel at home over the holidays. Recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!

This property provided us with the perfect weekend escape. The views from the main living area and deck are beautiful, and the property backs up to a nice green space. It is walking distance from Whole Foods.

Mini Fall Getaway
What a great location! Super close to main st. And the Frisco marina. This home had everything we needed! Lots of spices in the kitchen, toiletries, outside games and a very nice and clean hot tub!!! Our group of six had a great time and enjoyed the extras like the fall decor! You can truly tell how much the owner cares about their property.
