This is a Great Property, I have stayed here twice. Once 2022 & 2023 I always stay here before I cruise out. I am also booked to stay here when I get back off the ship! May 7-9 It's just so convenient and JUST RIGHT for 2 ppl. Once again if you have kids or a party of more than 2 I cannot stress enough THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!! Really GREAT PLACE TO STAY for Couples or 2 Friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Stayed here for after surgery with my mother. Home had black mold, shower did not stay warm, slippery driveway after surgery. Host was not personal able or friendly. Did not feel welcomed here but if you need a place to stay for a night it’s not bad would not recommend after surgery or a longer stay.

My wife and I could not have asked for a more communicative and welcoming host. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Great location and always street parking available. Very pleased with this selection!

Spacious and comfortable however the bathroom was quite small. A little difficult to use toilet since sink is so close. No hand towels, no shower mat, no hand wash provided. Owner was a little rude when we asked questions how to enter property.

This place was a great place for us to stay and enjoy prior to our cruise!! Convenient

Great spot. Close to everything. Bed was comfortable. Only problem was the shower. Never sure if water will be hot or cold. But it's 80 degrees so cold showers were not much of a problem.

I will Definitely be returning to this property..It was close to everything and just a short drive to the Port of Miami... Communication with owner was EXCELLENT. This is just right for 2 ppl maybe 3. Not too big and Not too small JUST RIGHT in my opinion. If your looking for something BIG this is not for you...

For the price and location this property could not be better. It is about 15 minutes from most of Miami’s hotspots and very quiet. We would stay here again.

Great location, super cute and cozy. Perfect for a couple like us. It had everything we needed, and yes the bed was super comfy! The host was easy to communicate with and prompt response.

Property was quaint and conveniently located but in flight path for MIA. On street parking was a lottery. Enjoyed outside dining as weather was good. Ceiling over shower stall has separated and was black spots in same area. Suggest air fryer to replace toasert in kitchen and add water kettle (personal preferance). Front door is difficult to open from outside.

We just needed a safe place to crash for 2 nights before our cruise. Everything was clean and available for us. Good communication between us and the host. No issues. We enjoyed walking around little Havana. The food in the area was incredible. We would return here

Very comfortable stay before and after our cruise. Spent a pleasant two nights in the Casita. Bed is very comfortable. Host was responsive and accommodating. Also highly recommend a Cuban bakery called Sebastians just around the corner for breakfast. Excellent food with great prices.

This place was amazing! Perfect location and the room was remodeled and the bed was really comfortable!! If I’m ever in Miami again, I will definitely stay here!!

We enjoyed our stay at La Casita. It was the perfect location to take in all the fun at the Calle Ocho festival in Little Havana. The casita was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable, so comfy that I looked to see what the mattress brand was! Serguei was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

Very small, much smaller than pictures indicate. Small partial pane broken off in Bathroom window. Bathroom verrrrrry small! Cool spell came. It got down to 38 degrees, & in-wall unit said it had heat, but it did not work on any temperature on heat, just kept blowing cold air. It did Not work, even after contacting host. With broken part in bathroom window, it got especially cold in there. No extra pillows, or extra blankets. We did not contact host again, as we had already requested extra towels, which he did drop off. When we arrived for a 4 night stay, host had only left 2 towels & 4 washcloths for 2 people for 4 nights. Husband uses c-pap, & had to move bed to plug it in. Outlet in bathroom would not power my curling iron, or blow dryer. Blow dryer that was there would not dry but at a slight breeze. Pot holders in kitchen, but no cloths to wash or dry our coffee cups, etc. We left before our time was up, & will NOT stay there again. We will be traveling to coral gables at least 2 or 3 times this year to visit family, but won't be booking this again. I know the host did not list heat on the listing, & could not be held responsible for the cool snap, but I felt like he should have checked back to see if we had ever gotten the unit to work, or maybe brought a small heater by to use in living area. When we contacted the host about the heat, he did remind us that heat was not listed in the description. Janice

Very cute casita. Area is located near Calle 8. Serguei was always there to answer any questions and was very helpful

Some minor plumbing issues but host was quick to respond.

Everything was clean. My only complaint is the shower did not get very warm. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

I spent four days in this cute guest house and didn’t want to leave the bed it was so comfortable. Great location and the owners were very attentive and responsive. Will return if I’m back in the area!
