My family and I booked the home for same day travel. SPI were able to accommodate us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The home and linens were clean! As a family of eight, we were extremely comfortable! The location was great! Directly across the street was a grocery store (no need for a run to Walmart), walking distance from a number of restaurants including a delicious ice cream shop, and less than a block away from the beach!! Great rental for a family!

We brought down a group to swim at the Summer Games of Texas in Brownsville. This was a short easy drive to there. We loved the ease of getting to the beach and the house and amenities was great. Dealing with the management company was a breeze and they made everything easy for checking in and out and checked on us during the stay.

The location is amazing. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, entertainment. The supermarket is SO close which is super convenient and then a short walk down the street puts you at a very clean beach access point with a mens and women's restroom with some outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Location was everything for us and the home was well kept and pretty.

We have stayed at this rental for several years during the winter months. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach or the bay. There is a grocery store close by and it is walking distance to many restaurants. The rental has a well equipped kitchen and is nicely decorated.We always enjoy our time there and appreciate the two balconies and spacious garage.

This is the first time we vacationed this late in the season, the weather was perfect and the water was warm. It was a nice clean spacious place where we stayed. I had my reservations but it was worth the wait.

Nice stay
When I got to the property the outside dumpster was full. Tried calling a few times left voicemail with no response. The shower in the master bathroom needs a better cleaning appeared to have been a moldy residue in the shower. Other than that the place was great we all had fun. I would recommend this property to my friends.

bedbugs, clogged bathtubs, beatup furnitures, tv not working. Location was great

Nice but layout isnt good
House is great but the layout doesnt work. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom are on the top floor. Two smaller bedrooms are on the first floor only. As the parent, i wasnt able to enjoy the master bedroom because i slept on the first floor to secure the home. Also meals are a hassle having to go up to the kitchen after a long day at the beach.

109A E. Red Snapper on South Padre Island
The location and house layout met our expectations and I was impressed with the prompt responses and level of communication provided by SPI Rentals. However, although mostly clean the amenities and care/maintenance of the house itself was lacking. The towels were very worn and we found several areas (e.g. nightstands, bedroom corners) that were heavily dusty and didn't look to be cleaned from prior visits. Further, the air vents were heavily dusty, showing brown and a few spots of mold. My family and parents all suffered from horrible allergies throughout the night and next morning believing the a/c filters have never been changed. I let SPI Rentals know upon checkout.

Far from luxurious stay...
Very outdated property, no reviews, but all bed mattress are winked. Can sleep 6, not 8 as advertised. Comfortably staying 6, for opening a sleeper sofa in living room you have to evacuate almost all of furniture to make space.
