The property was mostly clean, except for a dirty bandaid left in laundry room, and a very worn, dirty front door. There was not enough toilet paper and no frying pan to cook breakfast. Otherwise, a lot of other plates etc. Comfortable, but the floor needs updating as it is buckling apparently due to the humidity, sand and water, and could be a trip hazard.

Great unit, clean and nicely furnished. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay at this condo again!

The condo was pristine. It was cute, the furniture was comfortable, and the beds had good mattresses. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation. There was a limited supply of paper goods, so be prepared to buy more toilet paper. But that is a minor detail in a lovely condo. We would definitely stay again!

Very spacious condo, lots of room to move around and not be on top of each other. This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY… they take this seriously. My wife had to walk off the property to smoke. Fortunately this is only about 100 yards away. Also this part of Destin is very quiet after dark. The Back Porch, the restaurant behind Sterling Shores, is AMAZING! Great food and on par with other restaurants as far as price. Over all, we had a great time and I look forward to getting back to the glassy, clear water of the Emerald Coast.

We love Sterling Shores! We have stayed on the property before. The things we like the most are the beach side pool with bathroom. Close location to restaurants, especially the back porch! We have owned rental property in Destin before so we know what a property should have. The things lacking in this unit were pots and pans. Only three chairs on the balcony even though this is a three bedroom unit capable of sleeping 10 people. Spend a little money and buy some balcony furniture. The TV in the living room was 42 inch. Buy a bigger TV!!! no Karic, coffee maker, I recommend buying a Keurig coffee maker. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable .

Everything in the house was perfect. Best beds I ever slept in. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here in destin.

Felt like it was ours. It was so homey and very comfortable. See you next year.

This was our second year staying in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are comfy. One of our favorite aspects is the location. The extra large balcony has an ocean view. It’s a quick walk to the pool, private beach, The Back Porch bar & restaurant, and a candy store. All bases covered! This unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that are set up for you on the beach daily. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

We love Sterling Shores and this place was one of our favorite condos in the 20 years we have stayed

This place was above and beyond what we expected!!! Our daughters wedding was this past weekend on the Beach at Henderson State Park and it was just a short drive there. This place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just a small walk to the beach and so many places to go with just a short distance. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely stay here again in the future!!!!

We had a great experience. The beach was a 2 minute walk away with perfect access to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! I didn’t know until we saw it but there’s actually two pools! One on the property and one on the beach that is restricted to just guests from Sterling Shores! The 2 chairs and umbrella came in so handy. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to night life! The unit was clean and had all the pots and pans and things we needed. We stayed for 4 nights and never ran out of toilet paper or paper towels. For those going, make sure you take seasonings, paper plates, etc. No complaints. We loved it and the view from the balcony was great!

We loved our time here!! The home was very clean and felt very homey. It was the perfect distance from the beach! Just a 2 min walk. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Destin!

The place was well managed. Check in and out was easy. Great location. Very clean.

Overall, great place to stay! The bed in the “bunk bed” room was very uncomfortable. The ironing board and iron upon arrival was broken. They did get us a new iron and riding board pretty quick. We also had to request the hot water be turned up due to the water being like warm when it’s turned all the way up! I assume this is to save on the power bill, maybe not. Maintenance also took care of that on the day before we left. Overall, nice room and clean. We would return! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in good condition, the kids loved the pool, and the distance to the beach was easy. On the map it looks like you walk across a small road, which I was nervous about, but it is more like a small parking lot and not a big deal at all (even with 2 small children). It was nice to have the chair service included with the stay so we were in the front row with no one in front of us. It was also nice to have the Back Porch restaurant right there for afternoon drinks and dinner too. We would stay again!

This beautifully decorated condo is large enough to comfortably fit a large family. It has a big, ocean facing balcony with a gorgeous view. The location is perfect for beach lovers and includes two chairs and an umbrella set up daily for you at the beach. It’s close to the beautiful pool and there’s a walk up bar between the pool and the private beach. It’s also close to the Back Porch restaurant and bar. We had an amazing family vacation and are looking forward to booking this unit again. It was clean and comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed staying on this property! We love Destin, and will look to stay at Sterling Shores again in the future. Great location and amenities.

The overall place in 308 was cute and clean. Couch was comfortable and decor was perfect beach theme. But my major complaint was the beds. They were so uncomfortable and used. Everyone sunk in the beds and I swear I could feel the springs in the king. I think for what I paid for 4 days...they defiantly could replace the beds more often. Also the guest bathroom shower had no pressure and the both drains were backed up. Overall...if the beds were replaced...I would stay in this room again.

We loved our Family Vacay!! The condo was very nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Pools very clean and beach was amazing. Loved the free Chairs and Umbrella but did not like that we could not see much of the water from our area due to All rentals taking up the whole beach 3 rows deep. Condo needs more seating outside and something to hang towels on on patio. This is our 2nd time at Sterling Shores, We enjoyed every moment and will return.

I was simply amazed by this property! Absolutely beautiful from the condo to the view! The condo was very clean and just flawless! Loved it and definitely will recommend this property! Enjoyed and plan on revisiting!

We loved our unit! The two beach chairs and umbrella that came with the unit was a major plus!! We didn't feel a sense of an urgency to rush down to reserve a spot or rent our chairs. They were set up each morning after we checked in with the chair company the first day. The condo furnishings and decor were modern and up to date. A couple of things we wish we would have had to improve our stay- hot pads, colander, BETTER pots and pans, and the light was out under the microwave. We have three children, and we would have used it as a nightlight. The pots and pans left half the food in them, no matter how much butter/spray we used. We cooked a lot in the condo so having those other items would have been great. It would not stop us from coming back so hopefully they will be added. The pools and the beach are amazing!! Lots to do in the area. We did a bonfire on the beach and dolphin cruise. Boshamps Restaurant was a recommendation, but we never made it. Highly recommend Jackacudas. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time in this beach-themed condo. It was very clean with a large master bedroom, stainless appliances, large bathrooms and great amenities. We were within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing missing were beach towels and beach chairs. Coming from out of town, these were not items we packed to fly.

This unit was very nice. It has a gigantic shower in the master bedroom but if you need a tub there is not one in either bathroom. Also, the master closet in the master bedroom was locked and had the owners belongings in it, so be prepared to use a small "broom closet" in the master bath.
The kitchen was incredible and the living room was awesome! I have always enjoyed staying at Sterling Shores and look forward to my next vacation.

My family enjoyed our week spent in 308!! The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed for the week. The large sectional was perfect for evenings spent relaxing with the family. The king and queen beds were also very nice and soft. We would absolutely book this home for another stay. :)

The condo was so nice and clean. It came with family games for game night as well! The staff was super friendly. We had to add an extra day because the kids didn’t want to leave.
