Property was very clean. Staff was nice. The lady at the breakfast bar was excellent.

Pet fee was over the top at $75 dollars! I could’ve got another room for that price practically!

Clean rooms, Breakfast was amazing, Amazing customer service especially Chanel! Chanel provided outstanding service probably the best I've ever seen in a long time. I'd come back to Rockwall because of the outstanding facilities and professional customer service.

The carpeting throughout the hotel need to be cleansed more often. Musty odor. The front desk staff was excellent...EXCEPT for the young lady who worked Sunday evening. She was more interested in smoking a cigarette and sitting on a bench in front of the hotel.
