La comida buena, solo deberia cambiar a que tambien tengan chilaquiles y la ubicación bien

NO hablaban español el personal que estaban en recepción por lo cual si tuvimos un poco de problemas en comunicarnos. Que no ponian agua en el cuarto o resurtian los articulos de limpieza, por lo general en los hoteles dia a dia te ponen lo que te hace falta no tienes que bajar o ir recepción a pedirlo.

Cleanliness. I appreciate the hard work of housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was a little dismal. But I don't eat what most people would consider normal. My favorite breakfast is avacado waffles.

Bed were very comfortable.

This location needs maintenance and repairs. Air conditioning was not working in the hallways and common areas. It was 110 degrees outside and upper 80’s inside. Room AC was set at 76 upon arrival, ran all night to cool it down to 72. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken so long they had a hard plastic sign printed telling you to go to 2nd floor for ice. Breakfast —-Egg white frittata and Turkey sausage? This should have been a small option, not the main and only hot items for hot breakfast.

Couldn't get more then two towels even tho we had 4 guest in our room.night staff was awesome but the evening staff was very short and rude

Clean well maintained , easy to get too and our room was not hot when we got there!! It was cold & air conditioning worked great!
