The location was great and close to many restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and has plenty of space. The check-in instructions had a lot of steps and the garage had height restrictions that were lower than anticipated. Once we were able to park the rest of the stay was great. The check out process was very easy. The place was perfect for our concert weekend stay. We would stay again.

Nice enough apartment. It seemed nice at first but all sorts of things were out of place. We only had 2 spoons. The checkin process is complicated and one evening the building front door didn’t work. The code and fob wouldn’t open it. Spent 25 min on the phone with Kasa getting the building attendant (who was very friendly) to get us in. What a mess.

Perfect location for long girls weekend! Close enough to walk to all the sights, restaurants and breweries. Condo is great space, nice to have 2 king beds and 2 full size bathrooms! Lots of towels available. Washer and dryer, too. Very clean and easy to access. Felt very safe. Communication with Kasa was really good, responded immediately to any needs or questions we had.

We picked this neighborhood because it was someplace we had never stayed in Denver! Our group walked to and from Empower Field (easy walk) and also went to watch the soccer games at a bar near Coors Field! The location was amazing, very quiet and easily suited 2 adult couples! I definitely recommend and will be booking another stay soon. My only feedback I provided to the company was that we could have used some extra blankets, the beds had good linens but we prefer more covers to upping the heat. Some extra blankets would have been good!

Great location and amenities
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very spacious, and a great location. Facilities were clean, gym had a lot of equipment, pool and lounge area were a wonderful respite during our vacation. Property management was also really responsive! We were missing some linens and they were brought to our unit very quickly. Kids and parents also appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby areas. Would definite stay here again!

Perfect Stay for Us!
I was a bit intimidated at first cause I’d never rented a vrbo that came with such in-depth instructions……..but it worked out really well.
The location was great and the unit was lovely… overlooking the pool area.
The beds were really comfortable but the only comment is that the living room couch and chair weren’t that great. One afternoon we sat around watching football and it was hard to sit for very long. My hubby needed a lesson on the “smart tv” but after a text conversation with Kasa management, the tv worked well.
We were thrilled to have had so much communication with Kasa—— they were the most attentive!

Better than advertised
Great place, very clean. Perfect location for us. Close to grocery stores and easy access from the highway. Well equipped kitchen and bath. (Note to owners, could use measuring cups).
