We had a great stay. Firstly, all the staff were super lovely and accommodating. Great to communicate with, kind, helpful, etc. Property was very clean and the cold drinking water machine was something i didnt know i needed in bali life, but we most certainly did. Maybe the decor is a little more dated than the photos however i think thats just standard everywhere in bali. The 6 bedrooms were great, plenty of room for all of us to hang out and stay. Location was excellent, close to the bintang supermarket, restaurants, beach. The place does come up in google maps too which was very helpful and a car can drive right to the door, even though they may not. We appreciate you having us there :)

We had an awesome stay, I booked this for my brothers stag party it was a perfect location to all pubs, clubs and beach bars !

This was our first visit to Bali and an experience with this Villa. The Villa is lovely and extremely well cared for by the property manager and the daily service staff. We also hired the chef for a couple of days over Christmas and the service and the food was exceptional. All communication leading up to and during our stay was promptly dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. There was only 1 downside to our stay. I hadn't really understood how open air the Villa was and how this might be an issue during the wet season. This is an oversight on my part. Open air bathrooms and open living during torrential rain did cause some minor challenges as rain swept in sideways in to the seating areas making it uncomfortable to sit at times and the tiled floor slippery. Some retractable blinds closing off the rain would have helped here and we offer this as a suggestion. However apart from this one thing the Villa was well cared for, as described and we had a great stay, thank you.

This place is not the quality of the advertising material used it is old and run down lack of maintenance created sleepless nights as the water pump kept cutting in the up stairs bathroom couldn’t be used as grey water would fill the bathroom The downstairs bathroom toilet had to be turned off as it kept running The kitchen sink tap continuously dripped The place needs a good clean The last few day the cleaning staff didn’t bother to leave clean towels and where there for very short period of time This was reported but nothing was done

Clean, as per photos, nothing disappointed. Idham was available for anything we needed from airport pick up, tours and transfers to other accommodation, he even sorted our transfers AFTER we had left the villa and needed to get back to the airport from another part of Bali. Close to a main street, but also some fantastic local places (2 minute walk to great and cheap nasi goreng). Quiet, not on main street so secluded and safe, while not being far from all you need. Wifi, clean water, amenities all great Daily Cleaners were incredible and helpful, very friendly. Asked them to get some small things for us or how we could get them and they always delivered with no complaint or extra cost. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Villa Berlin. Idham and the staff were very friendly amd helpful. The Villa was always clean. Perfect for our needs. Short walk to the beach and supermarket. Would definitely come back again!

Was such a wonderful stay! Super clean, quiet, big, and gorgeous property!

We had an amazing time here with my staff for a belated Christmas party week. Was the perfect spot near all the cafes bars and shops. And tattoo parlors!! The staff and drivers there were impeccable. They couldn’t help us enough. The villa is clean and wonderful. An amazing week here.
