Property is in a great location. Owner was very responsive. The parking is awesome especially in a location that can be challenging. The living space and rooms were great. Appliances and amenities were very nice. Would stay again. Our kids had a great time. We sat on the bay each day, less than a block away.

This was the best VBRO I have stayed at. It was located feet away from the bay and the ocean was a block away. Carmen was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. This rental has everything you would need for the beach. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful house, clean, well appointed. Has beach toys and bookie boards, and even got floaties for the kids. Great views, easy access to the Pacific Ocean and the Naples Bay/Marina.

I stayed with my kids 9 & 6yo and my brother, his wife, and baby. Perfect layout for our two small groups, two living areas allowed us to separate the older kids from the baby at nap times and still enjoy the house. Nice kitchen with all the things we need to cook meals. Two car garage made parking easy. Lots of beach towels and my kids enjoyed the boogie board. Very nice comfortable home!

Lovely home with every amenity your can think of! My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday while relaxing in this home. Only issue was the oven was hard to use and would turn off randomly. An additional small counter top oven was provided but was small and took longer to heat than a traditional oven. The owner stated this is getting fixed so should not be an issue in future. I would love to stay here again!

We loved this house and location. It was perfect! It lived up to the photos and even more. We travel a ton and it’s one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and spacious and peaceful. Management is on it immediately too if you need anything. We will stay again for sure!

The home was beautifully decorated and in a nice location with access to the ocean and bay. Main disappointment was the bathroom situation. We expected 3 bathrooms during our stay based on the advertisement. However, the 3rd bathroom was not accessible from inside the house. This was very frustrating.

We stayed for a kids Soccor tournament. The place has a great feel to it and very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. The kitchen is beautifully done. Great location to Long Beach and our family had a wonderful stay. Very quiet location which we wanted at the end of a long day.

The beach house was wonderful! The directions were east to follow. It’s about 35 minutes from LAX. Close to the beach, a shopping center and restaurants. Carmen provides everything you could possibly want and need. The home is very clean and spacious. Just right for my family. Thanks Carmen!

This home was very clean and equipped with many extras to increase the enjoyment of your stay. The one very important downside was NO AIR CONDITIONING. the weather was humid during our stay with no breeze and just fans to keep cool. We had a hard time sleeping at night without AC.

The small touches and extras that Carmen added were a big surprise. She was very responsive to a request that I made. Little far to walk to restaurants if you have younger kids but we definitely made do! Lots of space that everyone could spread out and the little patio was a perfect sanctuary for some adult time at night

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Long Beach. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids and a great setup for kids and a very nice master upstairs. The beds were really comfortable and Carmen took extra time to make sure everything was well stocked in the house in case you forgot something. It was so nice and easy to go to the beach from the property!

What a surprise this home was — a gorgeous and well-appointed property that was perfect for our 6 family members, ranging from elderly to 9! Loved the living spaces, amazing kitchen, and the two car garage for safe parking. Thank you for the thoughtful beach chairs and toys — so glad the house had these for use.

I stayed here for my wedding and the closet was not only equipped with a bunch of hangers and an iron + ironing board, but a steamer and lint roller as well - it really is the little things. There was also a luggage rack and literally anything you could ever need stocked in all the bathrooms and kitchen (gallon bags, coffee/tea bar, makeup wipes, cotton pads and swabs, diapers, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. etc.).
As someone that is very particular about cleanliness, I was so appreciative and absolutely delighted with how clean the entire home is. It's expected for there to be some grime on walls, baseboards, and high touchpoint areas in a vacation rental, but not here - literally not a speck of dust or a spot of dirt! I truly couldn't be more pleased with my stay! Thank you, Carmen!

Our stay was easy and enjoyable from check in to check out. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family. The location is ideal and convenient for outings around Long Beach and Naples as well as the greater surrounding areas and attractions. Carmen was an excellent host that communicated all necessary details with us pleasantly and timely. We felt very safe in the home and the neighborhood, enjoyed the layout of the home and slept quite well in the beds. We would definitely choose this property again.
