Nice, clean and the stuff is fantastic

I think that ray the front desk receptionist was awesome. Very accommodating, mvery honest, and trustworthy, meet all my needs, he went above and beyond to accommodate my family’s needs as well truly an amazing personal with great people skills he is not a five star work but a five diamond worker.

Privacy, secure place.

Hotel is clean, in good neighborhood, near shops and Queens Marry ship.

We orderd through booking familly room for 4 persons, but when we arrived we got room with one bed, when we asked for 4 person room - we got a downgrade for the same price.

Location

No porters when arrived with 4 cases. Had to carry ourselves. Long wait at check in. Only 2 people on and both dealing with customers with bill problems. Noise from other bathrooms.

The hotel location is quite nice

I did not like the fitness center as I thought that it would be much better especially when the hotel is actually suited on a wonderful location over the coast of Long Beach. Moreover, the parking facility is quite costly as this could be offered in a much convenient manner for hotel guests especially those occupying the facility for long duration. On the other hand, the staff are good and very welcoming, however I encountered a receptionist during my stay that was unhelpful and seemed unbothered, unfortunately she was covering her name.

When I arrived the Wi-Fi was not available for the tv so I couldn’t connect and the phone was not connected to the hotel so maintenance had to come and fix.

The room was old, needs a remodalation.

We liked everything about this place ...location , very clean but was a little disappointed about the comfort of the beds ....paying this price we think the beds should have been bigger and more comfortable ....

Location, clean, parking, spacious

When you do Hyatt app check-in, the property doesn’t provide enough details for parking privileges, access to pools or comps for resort fees. Guest need to ask a lot more questions vs other hotel/resort chain apps. Otherwise this specific property is wonderful for leisure adult/family and business travel. Just check-in at front desk.

Great view.

Our room on the 14th floor was not ready at 4:00 PM so we had to change to a room on the 10th floor.

i love how close it is to the water, and the shopping centers around it along with the restaurants

i didn’t like that our check in wasn’t available til 6pm and yet we still had to pay full price for that night.

The view was awesome even if its a partial view. Location wise its walking distance to restaurants, harbour, beach and mall.

Clean harbor view room and yes it's a real view of the harbor, not just a sliver. Comfy bed. Small fridge fits drinks. Adjoining rooms perfect for family. Like small alcove between room and the door to keep out hallway noise. Strong shower pressure. Vegan, cruelty free bath products that smell and feel good. Option of cold or room temp bottled waters upon check in was nice. Love noon checkout to give us time to enjoy pool area.

Although self parking parking was easy, the structure is dark and doesn't seem secure with all the open, unsecured access from multiple Pine Ave stairwells. The breakfast was good but seems a shame to not have an actual restaurant on site given the nice views and the convenience of not having to go to the chain restaurants, none of whom appear to serve breakfast. Yes I know there's walkable options like Omelette Inn, but that's more inland.

Everything was clean. The service was excellent, and the view was great .

I asked for the towels to be folded like animals for my kids and they made 4 animals and my kids loved it
