The townhouse was perfect. We lived the location and the beach was wonderful. The townhouse was immaculate and had all the comforts of a lovely home. We even found beach toys in the garage so we didn’t have to buy toys. I would love to stay there again

The property was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, beds were big and comfortable. The back deck was super nice to sit out in and watch the ducks and just sit and relax. The area was quiet at night. It was a very short walk to the beach which was perfect for little kid potty breaks and lunch. Plenty of beach chairs if you needed an extra one or didn’t bring any. We didn’t get in the pool it was too cold for us. The beach was wonderful and such an easy walk really only takes a minute to get to and the best part is there is a ramp for the beach wagon. We had dinner 2 nights out at crabs on the beach and red fish blue fish. Both places were very kids friendly and delicious. All in all we loved staying here and will definitely be coming back.

It was amazing! This nearly ocean front beach condo is spacious with three very comfortable king size bedrooms (one in each room on the second level) with a fourth double bed on the main level that boasts an open kitchen dining room and an equally comfortable couch in the living room. Kitchen is well stocked as well as bathrooms. I added a blow dryer and beach towels and just left them there. Close to beach and easy to access. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful townhome just steps from the beach. The one negative is that there is no beach view. The beds and sofa are comfy and the kitchen is huge. My family had a great time and would stay here again.

We loved our time in Pensacola and having the perfect place to call home while we were there made it so much more enjoyable . The beach access was a very short walk and the beach was gorgeous. The pool was just outside our back deck and the kids loved the ducks that came to visit us regularly.. The beds and pillows were very comfy and we would definitely stay here again .

Checked in around 7pm. The place has a musty smell and it was not very clean. The vent on the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Around 9:30 the first evening, a cockroach was found in one of the drawers in the kitchen. I understand they are more common in the area, however the not so clean place, made for an extremely quick decision that we wouldn't be comfortable staying for a week. Megan was quick to respond to my urgent message but couldn't get anyone there until "possibly Monday". Way too long to wait to see others. We stayed one night, before needing to "vacate by noon" on Sat. We did, and everything worked out for the best. The location of the condo is great.

Great accommodations as 3 bedrooms have king beds, 4th bedroom has double. Short walk to boardwalk with ramp access to the beach. The bath soap and toilet tissue could definitely be improved upon so plan to bring your own. Also there were no bar or wine glasses. But overall, I would definitely book this unit again!

Property location to the beach was so great, took under a minute to feel the sand on your feet. The beach toys, umbrella and cart were so handy.
Only suggestion would be a baking sheet or pizza pan (if there were any we could not find them) Very well equipped with everything you'd need.

This was the perfect stay for us, I really didn't want to leave! There were 4 grandparents, my husband and I, and our 1 year old on vacation, and this was the perfect spot, with plenty of room. Megan was easy to communicate with, and the property was lovely. The walk to the beach is so easy, we loved it! It was so convenient to leave our beach items in the garage at the end of the day, and know they were protected and would be easy to gather in the morning. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Great accommodations!
We absolutely love the location. The ease of getting in and out of the property with luggage, groceries etc. was extremely convenient. Proximity to the beach is perfect. The townhome felt like home. Comfortable, spacious and the furniture and beds were very comfy! Sometimes hard to find beds that don’t start hurting your back after a couple of nights. These were very comfortable which made our stay even better. The extras like beach chairs, and all of the things we needed in the kitchen to cook were above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience staying in the condo in Pensacola! The property was in great condition! The beds were great! Plenty of towels! TVs in every room with great cable access! They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys! Megan responses promptly to any of our small requests! Would highly recommend to anyone for a great getaway!

Short walk to paradise
Place had everything you needed. Very clean. Beware of burrs in the grass near the pool that has the small waterfalls. Pools were not heated, but, I don't think I looked for that before booking. Kids still went in and the beach is paradise.

Awesome location
We had fun staying at the townhome. It’s located very close to the beach. The only complained we might have is the flooring should have been cleaner when we checked in. It was not very clean and sticky. But overall, it was a good experience for the price and the location

Great condo close to the beach
We had a big family in this great condo. It was perfect for our large extended family. It’s a prefect location for walking to the beach, only 5 minutes. The pool is nearby as well, within shouting distance, but don’t do that. The semi open floor plan worked out great. The kitchen was a good size. It was fully stocked with plenty of towels and bedding. There was quite a bit of beach toys, a few chairs and a great cart to bring everything to the beach.
The property manager was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. There was plenty of parking near the condo in addition to parking in front of the garage.
100% recommend this condo for a big family near the beach!

Short walk to the beach, gated community, property as described, pool was clean and accessible, Loved the beach chairs and accessories in the garage for use. of the guests!!! A+ for this. Suggest bringing your own non stick skillet to cook in. Everything else was wonderful!!! We would stay in this place again.

Excellent proximity to the beach
This condo was a great choice. Plenty of room for our family. Beach was 30 seconds walking distance away with a boardwalk to access it. There were plenty of towels for our large group. Only 2 negatives and just a personal preference, it would be nice if there were bath mats in the bathrooms, we had to use towels on the floor as to not step on the tile. Also would perder the hand soaps to be a pump form, there were small bars of soap left which creates a mess when everyone of washing hands.

Great Beach House
This place is perfect if you’re looking for a house that’s right on the sandy white beach, reasonably priced, great for families, clean, safe and very well managed. We had a great time at this property and will definitely come back. I had to reach out a couple of times during our stay and Meagan responded within minutes. Thank you!

We had the best time here! We have stayed at a few rentals/Air B&Bs, and this was our favorite by far. The condo is big and the bedding and furniture are comfortable—the whole place is set up to make it a comfortable, easy experience. I was impressed by the cleanliness and extra bath towels! We went to the pool and beach twice a day everyday, and it was easy and fun for our whole family ages 2-65! The grill, washer/dryer were super convenient.
The communication was great, and we cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend!

The property was ok, showing its age a bit. The chain on the fan in the downstairs bedroom was broken, so it ran and whined when the light was on. The stopper in the upstairs tub was broken and the shower control handle in that same bathroom was missing the screw. So, the handle would come off.Megan was easy to work with and responsive.
