We love the location and access to the beach . The staff were approachable and friendly.

The mattress and couch in the room were not comfortable. The parking situation could have been better.

We liked the location and the amenities- loved the pool, the spa, full kitchen, laundry room. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Loved the private beach and outdoor grills.

Were not very many parking spaces, difficult to get in and out of lot.

Parking was a block across the st from hotel and lucky to find a vacancy hote staffl should keep hospital..emergency directions for out of town guests as we were.Husband needed hospital care and front rest gave us name of hours with wrong address...took us to immediately care that instructed us to hispital.

It was reasonably priced and relatively updated.

Parking is awful. There is a small lot across the street or 1/4+ mile down the road behind Surf Style. Otherwise, you’re parking in the Dunkin lot or searching the roads. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Dirty!!!!!!!!!!! the hotel, the pool area, inside the pool, the hallways, the lobby. Even outside the hotel next to the main front door is dirty and smells disgusting. The room was the only thing in the whole hotel that was clean, but The beds are really uncomfortable, and there are a lot of humidity inside the room!

The location is amazing! The beach was perfect! Especially for small kids; you have awhile before it gets deep. The staff is absolutely amazing and the amenities are great! The room was comfortable enough for my family and I. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great! Equipped with everything we needed to prepare our breakfast and lunch.

The pullout couch mattress was a little too thin, but my three toddlers didn’t seem to complain about it. The bathtub can use an upgrade.

The property is newly renovated, so it's nice. I love the pool and the hot tub! It's literally right on the beach! It was a little expensive. Hopefully, they will give us a discount for 2nd time stay.

I Wish our room has a balcony.

There was no breakfast. These are timeshare units that are rented out when available. I didn't know this when I booked.

The room was very sparse and drab. And the only view was the wall of the high-rise next door.

Great location! Nice pool and sauna.
