I’m pretty hard to please and never find a VRBO that has an accurate description with current pictures!! The condo was as described and our host was absolutely amazing! Rachel was responsive and flexible with us the entire weekend. We loved chair service and the gorgeous views from the balcony. Thank you for sharing your home for our weekend getaway!!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The pictures Literally did it no justice. From the moment we stepped in the unit we felt like we were home. Everything was nice and clean. We have stayed at Tidewater numerous times and this unit by far has been the absolutely best unit we have stayed in. Rachel (the host) was very nice and communicated with us prior to arrival as well as while we were there. This is the perfect condo for a nice getaway for 2. My husband and I plan to return really soon. We were kind of worried at 1st because of how high up the unit was and we are familiar with Tidewater elevators. Luckily, we had no problems with the elevators until the last day at chcekout and everyone was leaving at the same time. I took another persons advice and called down to request someone send the elevator after waiting about 20 minutes and they sent it right up to us.Also, the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Overall this was an excellent unit and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We loved staying at this cozy condo with fabulous views! My hubby and I had a relaxing trip right before the hustle and bussel of the school year kicks off. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

The condo and view was awesome. Everything like they say. The worse part is the elevators. They are horrible. I did find out that you can call customer registration and security tell them you need pickes up on your floor. That helped. If you stay hear just be prepared to wait a hour to go down the elevator and about 30 minutes to go up to your floor. Because off the elevator situation is the only reason i would never stay again. You waste to much time of your day.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and loved it! The unit itself was exactly as pictured. The balcony was huge and was great for sitting on in the evenings. We had brunch at the restaurant onsite and it was great. Having the beach chair rental included was great and super convenient. Like the other reviews mention, the elevators get very busy, especially during peak times, so just plan accordingly. When the staff took over running the elevators it helped keep things moving much better. Overall a great weekend!

I want first off by saying that the view of the rental was immaculate. Also, the condo itself was very tidy and clean and it looked even better in person than the pictures could give. I would definitely want to re-rent this condo again. Everyone was great and we had a fabulous time, thank you to the owner and manager for a fabulous weekend getaway for me and my Fiancé, I will be looking for 2715 tidewater condo again

We had a great stay. Unit is quiet at the end of the hall. We didn’t have any issues with the elevators especially because the elevator outside the room isn’t a really busy one. Beautiful view from balcony. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms! Would definitely stay in the unit again.

The condo is great and well equipped but we would not stay at this resort again due to the inadequate elevators. Seems like a simple thing but if you need to use the elevator between 3:45-7pm, simply horrible. Waited 30 minutes or more trying to use them during this time so you have to plan coming back from the beach, going to dinner , etc., away from these times. After the second day we just gave up and didn’t use them during these times. Such a nice condo overshadowed by long waits for elevators. Would not recommend to stay at Tidewalter Resort unless you’re on a floor you don’t have to use elevators.

Place they do not have enough elevators to accommodate all the people. we waited over an hour one night for an elevator. I would not recommend this place just for that reason.

June beach trip
The condo was very nice and very clean. Waited about 45 minutes after check in time for housekeeping to finish cleaning. The balcony a little bit of a mess left from previous guest but it wasn’t filthy. Overall a very nice place with a beautiful view of the gulf..

Great Condo
Will stay again. Loved the condo, the views, the beach chair service. Comfortable, updated, clean. Only complaint is the wait for elevators can be frustrating during peak times. Not something you can’t adjust to once you get the feel of the property.

Excellent location and met every expectation.
This condo was perfect for our getaway. Although the beach is calling, you don’t want to get out of this fabulous bed. Many people spoke of waiting for elevators but we never really have a problem. Everything is clearly labeled and has everything you need. We had a couple of questions and received quick response from property owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Romantic PC Beach Summer Vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Terrific view. The check-in was sketchy. I paid the “check-in” fee about a month in advance of our stay. Upon arrival, 2 check in attendants said I had not and they could not find my information. Upon showing documentation, my check-in fee and registration was magically located in the same computer system they were previously searching. Other than that, great vacation.

Beach Trip 2021
We enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and was all we could've ask for. The elevators were a whole other tragedy!! They were AWFUL!! We were on the 27th floor, had to walk up 7 flights before we found a working service elevator on the opposite end of our building, this was a travesty the entire time we were at Tidewater!!!
As for our condo #2715, we were completely 110% satisfied and would stay again providing TIDEWATER makes certain their elevators are properly maintained! Our opinion also is that way to many rentals are checked in at the same time, maybe more organization could be looked into as to how maybe to eliminate or revamp their check in process.

We had an amazing time staying here. The views were spectacular! It’s well appointed with comfortable furniture and well maintained with plenty of comforts of home. The balcony spans the whole length of the condo. Coffee on one end to start the day, drinks in the evening on the other side. You are going to feel your self relax into vacation mode as soon as you enter. The ability to walk out the back of the resort and there you are, on the beach? A true highlight. Can’t beat that. Rachel was responsive to any questions we had and was a great contact. Only critique I can offer and it relates to the resort, is sometimes the elevators can be hit and miss for wait times. Especially during check-in and check-out times. That’s easy to see plan around. Such a positive experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great, exactly like pictures. The only issue we had was waiting on the elevator. We waited 45 minutes coming up from the beach on afternoon, and 20 minutes trying to leave to go out to eat one afternoon. Management was trying to help, they placed someone in one of the elevators. Other than the elevators it was absolutely a great place to stay. I would recommend taking own beach chairs as two come with condo, but so many people put chairs in front of the ones that come with condo, that you can not even walk to water. We really enjoyed our stay.
