5 nights in beautiful Ortisei! Beautiful views, host communications friendly, readily accessible and responsive. Apartments very clean, well appointed/equipped and very comfortable for two couples. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying at this property for four nights. Donatella and Luca were terrific hosts who made us feel welcome and were great to communicate with. Nothing was too much for them, they organised transport for us and ordered bread in the mornings. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It had lovely views over the mountains and the bus stop was right in front of the house. It was also walking distance into town if you don’t mind walking up and down the hills. We would definitely stay here again

Easy access for all the cable cars and funicular made this a great spot for varied walks. Lukas and Donatella couldn’t have been more helpful. We loved the spring flowers and mountain scenery, and then chilling out on the balcony in the late afternoon. Fresh bread for breakfast each day and apartment well equipped and spacious. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Lukas and Donatella’s place! The apartment is very spacious with plenty of storage space for all of our stuff. The views from the wrap-around balcony are spectacular! Unless we were out hiking or in town we were always on the balcony. The walk from the town is rather steep - we didn’t mind but it was much easier once we found some escalators from town up to the Seceda lift station, making the walk only 10 minutes uphill to the VRBO. There is also a small bus you can take instead. Lukas and Donatella were very friendly and communicative hosts. They also provided us fresh bread every morning. The only slightly negative thing we can say is that the Wi-Fi is a bit spotty depending on where you are at in the house. Regardless, if you are staying in Ortisei we highly recommend this place!

The house and garden are very nice, even better than the pictures; but especially the balcony and views are great, so is the area. Perfect for hiking and mountainbiking. The town of Ortisei is lovely and within short walking distance.

We had a terrific stay. The hosts were friendly and accessible, offering excellent suggestions for restaurants and transportation. We especially enjoyed the tour of the wood shop. The balcony provided spectacular views, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The mountainside location requires an uphill climb, if you miss the local bus. Would definitely rebook, if we are in the area.

The owners, Donatella and Lukas were so helpful with information and advice and so lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this aparment to anyone I know. It was a pleasure to stay for the week.

Our family of 4 had a great time at this property when we went skiing on the Sella Ronda. The house was very clean with modern bathrooms and an amazing view over Ortisei. The owners were very nice and made it easy to check in when we arrived late at night. We highly recommend it.

Casa meravigliosa
La casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Situata nella parte alta di Ortisei, ha un giardino curato ed una terrazza molto spaziosa da cui si gode una vista spettacolare dei monti ed del paese. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e dispobibili, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla in casa. Una delle cucine è molto spaziosa e la casa può essere divisa in due appartamenti separati. Ha un parcheggio comperto nei pressi della casa. Il paese e gli impianti di risalita si raggiungono in pochi minuti sia a piedi che in macchina. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza e fatto tante belle passeggiate in montagna, anche grazie ai consigli del proprietario che è una guida.

Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è funzionale e grande, i proprietari Lukas e Donatella disponibili e gentili. La posizione è a dir poco invidiabile, comoda al centro e a tutti i punti di partenza per escursioni o semplici passeggiate. Che dire..torneremo!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Nette Vermieter. Brötchenservice. Gute Lage für Skifahrer, man kommt zur Piste in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder steigt in Bus (geht zur Talstation der Seceda) direkt vor der Haustür ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastica esperienza
Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone per diversi giorni, abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulitissimo, molto curato e comodo grazie alla presenza di due bagni e una sala/cucina molto ospitale. La location è pazzesca, così come il panorama. Il tutto arricchito dalla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari, eccezionali nell'averci fatto sentire a casa. Spero vivamente di tornare presto.

Super schönes Appartement mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Tal. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Die vielen Tipps des Gastgebers (Wanderführer) für unsere Wandertouren waren Gold wert.

Wanderurlaub bei Familie Kostner
Wir hatten 10 entspannte Tage in St. Ulrich. Die Familie Kostner hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles war sauber. Mit zwei separaten Badezimmern ist die Wohnung auch für einen Urlaub von zwei befreundeten Paaren perfekt! Wer mag kann denn Brötchen-Lieferservice in Anspruch nehmen und bekommt jeden Morgen frische Brötchen an die Türe gehängt. Lukas Kostner kann auch als Wanderführer gebucht werden. Wir hatten eine tolle Tour und einen lustigen Tag, nochmal vielen Dank dafür! Beim nächsten Besuch im Grödner Tal kommen wir gerne wieder!
