Beautiful conversion of the historical complex to the hotel. We have been here several times and it is always an amazing place to relax. We had a very comfortable and cozy room with a nice view. The food is delicious, they serve tasty breakfast with a lot of choices and also tasty dinners. The staff is very friendly. We will come back and we can definitely recommend this place.

The access road could be improved.

The place, unfortunately, is not suitable for a longer stay 🫤 ❌️ The room lacks basic things ❗️No bedside lamp. ❗️There was only one bedside table and only one outlet, both on different sides of the bed. Not easy to charge your phone doubled as an alarm clock. ❗️Speaking of the bed, it was not a double one (queen/king size), but two smaller ones put together, not very comfortable for us as a couple. ❗️No possibility to adjust the temperature in the room so we were too hot. ❗️You can't hang many clothes in the closet, no space for hangers. ❌️ The bathroom was even worse: ❗️Starting with the door (barn door), which did not close tightly, so any privacy while using the toilet can be forgotten. ❗️There was not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel or clothes. ❗️There was no space by the sink where you can put your makeup bag. ❗️No shelf for basic cosmetics in the walk-in shower. ❗️No toilet paper holder. After all, these are basic inexpensive things, and lack of them affects the overall assessment of the stay :(

The Czech Tuscany. Very romantic venue, consistent design indoors and outdoors. Very comfortable bed, all clean, an indoor mini fridge is a plus, thought it's not that powerful. The August sky is loaded with stars so make sure you look up and enjoy the view from Kocanda's location. Delicious and cheap wine. Professional & attentive service.

The restaurant operates in limited hours - 8-10 am, and 18-20 pm. The breakfast is disappointing, very basic. Unless you join the breakfast early, the only bread you'll be left with is white, cheap bread which is sadly also served in dinner time (with bruschetta and meat stew) The value and standard of food doesn't simply live up to the hotel style - it can be improved. Although the bathtub looks charming, it's uncomfortable to use. No air-conditioning in our room. A bit smelly from a nearby farm.

Weddings take place here and this is quite annoying. We booked accommodation on a Tuesday to rest after 10 hours in the car with a small baby. Because of the noise, we couldn't sleep before 1.00 am. This just destroys the ahole experience. Those parties should be in another building not under other guests window

It is located outside the village, in a quiet location. Everything is furnished in historical style. Room was clean, breakfast was good, especially the spread with herbs.

We should stay more time there.

Fantastic location. Very well done renovation. The heated mirrors and view from the windows was a big plus. We loved the background music during breakfast, and the restaurant option.
