Oven did not work and was in need of a deep clean

The apartment is small but very clean and well equipped; with aircon units in each room, portable heaters, a highchair, iron, and hairdryers. The kitchen has lots of basic supplies such as oil, herbs, spices, fresh milk, tea & coffee, squash, and there was a really thoughtful welcome basket of packets of crisps and biscuits.

Parking is not guaranteed, even with the permit, and so on road parking was necessary even for the primary car. Despite the apartment being clean and well equipped, it is beginning to look and feel a bit tatty, with marked/damaged paintwork and some tatty furniture. The bathroom a very tired, with areas of paint peeling off the walls, and holes where fittings used to be. It is only cosmetic, but it's not the same standard that's been set with the rest of the facilities.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped little flat perfect for a short stay for the three of us.

Not really the property. What a shame that the leaseholders don’t maintain the outdoor space.

The cleanliness. Little extra touches like milk, bottles of water and snacks. There was everything you could possibly need in the apartment.

No dishwasher, small fridge

Great location- we used it as a base for Peppa Pig World. 15 mins away. Easy to follow instructions. 👍👍

The place was really clean and perfect size for the party size we had. Would definitely stay again

Long walk into town but you can order Uber’s etc
