Location is amazing! Really handy to futuroscope

Close to the city center, warm heating

Lack of liquid soap, seeing a lot of cockroaches (I killed at least 3, some escaped). I have lived in the middle floor room several times before. This time the owner rented me the ground floor room. Its low quality was incomparable to the previous room for the above reasons.

Large enough room with good facilities - private fridge, clean bathroom, wifi, (shared) kitchen - at a truly unbeatable location.

Very good location in the town centre, close to everything, good quality for the value, good communication with the owners. Even though we didn't meet them in person everything went smoothly.

It would be nice to have towels and at least some coffee and tea available in the room. As we travelled as colleagues two duvets would be more comfortable than just one. Owners don't speak English.

Parking ‘payant’ , however I didn’t find difficulties to have a spot by the door, every time I came back to the apartment.
