La situation géographique est excellente, proche du centre ville et proche du mon client. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. En plus elle est bien propre et au calme. Le lit est confortable.

Il ne faisait pas assez chaud dans la chambre. A certaine heure tard de la nuit la clim/ chauffage a été arrêté/coupé. Netflix n'a pas marché puisque le routeur a été déconnecté. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas terrible pour une maison d'hôte, il manquait des fruits. L'argument était que j'étais la seule cliente du jour. Vu le prix, le propriétaire pourrait faire un peu d'effort.

Interesting decor and furniture

Fantastic place! The decor is delightful and interesting. We stayed in the uppermost room which meant climbing stairs, but it was well worth it. The room itself was huge and as comfortable as your own living room. Separate bedroom. It is very close to the Cathedral and many restaurants. Be sure to eat breakfast - our host prepared a great one.

You should be aware that check-in is at 5:00. If you arrive in the morning, you can check your luggage, otherwise 5:00 it is since the host has another job during the day. If you've got a car, it's not a problem but if you're hiking like us, it means taking your backpack with you during the day. Just saying. I still highly recommend it.

Check in wasn’t until 5pm, I was fortunate to leave my luggage, however arriving early makes for a long day walking around.

The exceptional breakfast, with the super host charming with insider knowledge of the entire Champagne business. Certainly is an address highly recommended.

That is hard as there is almost nothing negative. If anything the colour temperature of the LED bulbs are cold light whereas the ambience merits warm LEDs.

Excellent breakfast — freshly made crepes and wonderful croissants. Guillaume was very helpful, he recommended a charming French restaurant that was well outside the very touristy area of Reims… but even that area is charming with beautiful fountains.

What we liked about the Demeure Belle Epoque were the spacious and very clean room and bathroom, the nice breakfast, the excellent mattresses and the welcoming host. It is also very well situated as turning the corner of the street gives you a breathtaking view of the cathedral.

Don't let the facade fool you: this is a very nice place to stay.

beautifull room in a beautifull building in walking distance of the center. parking just around the corner for only 4 euro a day. host was very friendly and pointed us to a great restaurant. Good breakfast!

for me the bed was to hard, so I slept on the couch

Interesting town house in central Reims, within 10 minutes walk of the cathedral. Very helpful and friendly host. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked crepe and/or eggs. Off-street cheap public Parking within 2 minutes walk, chargers available for EV drivers. Very clean, good sized room and shower room. Quiet location even though in the middle of the city.

Beautiful room in a traditional town house with vintage touches and modern facilities, including air conditioning. Excellent location 15 minutes from the train station, in town , close to the cathedral and river promanade. Warm and knowledgeable host. Excellent breakfast prepared by the host, including Nespresso coffee and home made crepes.Wonderful stay.

Everything brilliant, including the owner! House beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Our room and bathroom were a good size with comfortable bed. Very quite despite noisy road outside once shutters and windows closed aircon the quietest we've ever come across. Exceptional value for money, we didn't expect such a choice at breakfast which included homemade crepes and scrambled eggs. We will definitely try to book again for a longer stay, (only stayed for one night) next time we're in France. Even parking for our motorbike right outside.

Really tidy and clean, comfy bed and all the amenities that we required. Guillaume really made us feel at home from the start and it was like staying at a friend's place. Breakfast was great and set us up for each day of our stay.

A few more tea choices in the room would be great, but otherwise nothing we didn't like.

Very freindly and helpful host. Good location - A few minutes walk from the city centre. Located in a quiet back street. Only a few rooms - more like a home, or bed and breakfast, than a hotel. Nice personal decoration style. Large room and large bathroom. Clean. Fresh ingridients for breakfast straight from the kitchen. Very tasty. More than sufficent. (But don´t expect a full business hotel breakfast with bacon, ten different types of ham and all that stuff.) Fairly cheap parking in the street. Al in all good very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike

The breakfast spread was phenomenal and the host allowed us to select time for our breakfast that met our schedule!

The property was amazing and exceeded our expectations, the little details were amazing, Guillaume was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Great location to walk around Reims and close to the cellars.
