We enjoyed our stay on at this complex. It was beautiful and clean and centrally located to most restaurants and beaches we wanted to visit on the south side of the island!

We enjoyed our family stay at Pili Mai 5C. Location was great with very short drives to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Condo was as advertised, clean, had everything we needed. Being that our trip was in January, the temperatures are a bit cooler and the pool is not heated, so we didn't use the pool as much as we had anticipated. Overall a minor issue and wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Awesome

We had two couples and two children. The place is luxurious ,comfortable, private. Its conveniently located in Poipu Beach area, but very quiet area. The kids loved the pool. We loved the hot tub and pool.

Everything about this unit is fantastic. You name it and it has it. The only problem we had was to find the place because our flight was quite late and it was dark. The garage and parking spot is little bit away from the unit, otherwise it is excellent. Very convenient, close to everything. Check in and out very easy. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for your stay in Poipu. Mahalo for a memorable trip.

After long days adventuring in Kauai, this was a incredible spot to come home and relax. Ample space for everybody, all the comforts of home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Having all the amenities was like staying in our own home, excellent communication from our host. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

They have thought of nearly everything - down to the Kauai travel books, ziploc bags and a few spices. We felt like we were at home and sure appreciated the elbow room that this spacious property offers. The pool area is beautiful and the shopping center just a short walk away was fun. We will definitely be back!

We rented this property while we stay at Kauai and it was a great idea and location. The area was quiet, and there was plenty of things to do in this area. The property management was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay and issues/concerns were answered and/or corrected in a timely manner. Everything was smooth running. There was plenty of space for family of 7 at this location and I liked having an outside parking space and garage space for the rental car, then a second car later on. We enjoyed the small welcome basket that was in the kitchen with parking passes, gift chocolate, and little flyer on some things to do in the area. The amenities were a nice touch as well (they had beach chairs and toys and a cooler in the garage space). The check out process was smooth as well. Overall, it was an excellent stay for me and my family. I would rent here again. Next time, I would shoot for a downstairs though; with kids, I would like to not worry about how hard the kids jump around on the floor and let them just be kids with extra energy!

Very Nice and Great Location!

Fit our family of six perfectly and had all the bells and whistles we could want. Great pool, beds for everyone, perfect location near Poipu. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back.

This was a family vacation for us including children, parents, grandparent and aunt and uncle. There were 7 of us in this unit and it provided enough space for us all. The pool was lovely and the condo was as advertised. No surprises for us. This was a quiet area with nice landscaping, large lanai and a view. I’d definitely go back.

Clean, spacious and nice location.

Could not have been more pleased. The property management company communicated perfectly and was extremely responsive to our questions. They even had a wonderful welcome basket for us upon arrival. The condo was in immaculate condition and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a designates parking spot and access to the garage if we desired. I would highly recommend.

Glad we rented this location - enough space for all of us and each room having its own full washroom was excellent! The place is bigger than what the pictures show, and was easy to find. Very good location and close to a mall, and eating spots. Would recommend!

We loved this very well appointed unit in the beautiful Pili Mai property. It is literally a 4 minute drive to the beach and there is shopping and restaurants nearby. But with the beautiful kitchen and BBQ’s on site we chose to do many of our meals “at home.” This unit is beautifully furnished. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is the perfect base for the many activities and adventures Kauai had to offer.

We were really impressed with our lodgings at Piil Mai. The place was really comfortable, well appointed - the kitchen had spices and oils for cooking - and the beds were very comfortable. Our whole party was impressed by the quality of the property. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic property and of all the places we’ve stayed this was the most well stocked. There was stuff for the beach and everything we could have wanted in the kitchen.

The main living space is a good size and we never felt crowded. The beds and linens were comfortable and the place was pretty clean, except for the bedroom drawers having hair and crumbs in them, the patio furniture covered in bird poop, and the stain on the area floor rug. The kitchen and showers were very clean. The AC throughout the entire unit was great; however, the AC that was located in the master closet was buzzing pretty loud every time it came on. I contacted the office about the noise. They got back to me very quickly and said they will find someone available and get back to me about setting up a time. . . . they never got back to me or fixed the issue. So that was disappointing. A week before our stay we extended our stay by a day, so we paid extra; however, they must have not updated their checkout system because we got locked out of the unit. I was freaking out a bit because we had limited time to shower, pack, and make it to the airport. Luckily they answered within the first call and gave us a new code for the door. The other very confusing aspect to our stay was the address and door code. The address listed on Vrbo did not match the address that was emailed to us. They also gave us two different door codes, just use the most recent door code and that should work. It would be great if they provided a map of the neighborhood because all the condos look the same and the building/unit numbers are not lit, so when you're arriving late at night it's complicated to figure out where to go. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. They provided beach towels and beach chairs which were amazing! We used those items every day. The bike in the garage is rusted and has flat tires, and no pump. Overall it was a good stay, nothing is perfect and the little hiccups along the way didn't get in the way of us having a good time

This property is truly a home away from home. Extremely comfortable, well appointed and nice and cool with the AC! Everything was as described and pictured. We had everything we needed to make meals, clean our clothes, have a day at the beach and just relax. My whole party was pleased with the stay the entire time and it was a highlight of our time during the trip having a nice comfy home to return to after a day out on the island.

I was just disappointed. The location of that place is beautiful. However our condo was not very clean . They charge a high cleaning fee and we found hair and dirt all over when we first arrived, also all the dishes and cups looked dirty so we had to run everything they the dishwasher . One of the shower curtains was moldy . The kitchen had a leak and was like that for two days. Which was stressful. I feel like the property manager should assess the condo properly before a new family enters it. The kitchen table had 3 plastic folding chairs to replace I’m assuming ones that were broke . They should update what they advertised if that’s what they have.
