It was very clean and the rate was reasonable.

The carpet in the room needs to be shampooed.

It was wonderful! Everything was new and clean and comfortable, very nice hotel with a great breakfast!

Excellent breakfast, better than most hotels I would say. The eggs and selection were fantastic.

Perhaps more table seating would be good. We had a spot but it was full.

Our room wasn’t supplied with TP, paper towels, or enough washcloths for three day stay.

The floors were stained. Not just in the room but up and down the halls. It was disgusting. The bathroom door did not have a lock. It was a sliding door that could be lifted up from the bottom. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. When we called down to the front desk for linens, we were greeted with short replies and not a friendly note to her voice. She told us we had to request them and come down to get them. Other hotels offer to bring things to the room. Oh, the parking space are extremely tight too. If you have something more than a mini you’ll struggle to park it. When we left in the morning several cars had flats. It looked like someone had slashed tires in the night. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

All staff was great and very friendly making the stay extra special.

Somethings didn’t work such as the bathroom door to kitchen area didn’t lock or close all the way. Never reported it because wasn’t a big issue for us. Sink was clogged but someone came to fix that when reported.

Waffles..only waffles…everyday? Most juices, even COFFEE WAS UNAVAILABLE! They all looked baffled when customers complained there was no coffee… 9am … seriously?? Not much to like!!

Sheets on bed were so old and pilled; felt disgusting! No hand soap in bathroom…really?! Coffee maker has never been cleaned

I was so pleased that I could bring my dog, but I worried about the cleanliness of the facility. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, for sure.

The staff there was not able to handle a large crowd. There were periods of time where there were no dishes available or utensils. Maybe investing in paper goods vs waiting for dishes to run in the dishwasher would be beneficial.

The stay was great, however, I went to the front desk and requested more wash clothes from Hallie and we never received them. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked to delete my request because I was checking out at that point. In the future, I will bring my own wash clothes.

Spacious and comfortable. It was really nice and clean. Breakfast was good, too. We would stay again.

Near exit door and kept hearing it slam, but after going to sleep, I didn't hear it.

The best Belgian waffle maker was not working correctly. The toaster was not working correctly. They just didn’t seem to have their act together I just could not understand why.
