Rooms were nice not bad

They put me in a different location, they need to specify that clearly if they have a different location, also on top of that the manager is extremely rude, she was clearly on their for the betterment of the hotel

HAVE BEEN CHEATED !!! AS ON MY CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL THEY OFFERED ME SMALL ROOM LIKE A "CAVE" HAUNTED ROOM WITHOUT ANY ROOM WINDOW! AND WHEN I ASKED THAT THIS WAS NOT THE ROOM THAT THEY PROMISED TO OFFER ME VIA BOOKING.COM AGAINST WHICH THEY MENTIONED THAT UNFORTUNATELY WE OFFERED THAT ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE AS ITS A WEEKEND HERE IN ISLAMABAD! AND I ASKED THEM HOW COULD THEY OFFER MY BOOKED ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY CONSENT !?!? FOR WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY REPLY AND WERE ALSO VERY UNAPOLOGETIC!!! SO, YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW UNETHICALLY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY THEY ARE TREATING THE BOOKING.COM CUSTOMERS! AND ON THE OTHER HAND, I WAS THERE ALONG MY FAMILY WITH MY CHILDREN, DUE TO WHICH I FACED SO MUCH DIFFICULTY TO FIND A NEW HOTEL ON THE WEEKEND WITHOUT ANY BOOKING, WHICH TOOK US ALMOST MIDNIGHT!

They are fraud. They booked my room online and when I went there. They gave the room to other person. I was with family.

Very unprofessional staff. Made booking 4 days earlier of my arrival so there won’t be any issue. When I was travelling and about to reach hotel they called and asked that we are fully booked and cancelled your booking.

The bathroom was smelly, like a rat had died in it. Smell only got worse with time. The pillow cases were stained with something red.

We were not given a room to stay despite our booking, totallay unethical behaviour. I don't know why Booking.com is still facilitating this hotel, as it has entirely bad review in google as well.

WORSE EVER EXPERIENCE! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TOO! IT WAS THE DERTIEST PLACE EVER THAT WE STAYED! WERE LIKE A TORTURE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!
