We arrived on Saturday and immediately loved the location of the condo and the size for our big family.
We had a minor issue with the air conditioner but Donald was very responsive and made sure that we were comfortable until the needed part arrived- it was a holiday weekend so the tech had to wait until business hours to order.
The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enough seating for our family to enjoy our meals.
We would only suggest that the owner put an area rug under the coffee table because it slides easily.
I would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation!

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. This was a group of friends since junior high that have made annual beach trips for 25+ years . We had a great time!

Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I had no complaints of the stay except the weather! Storm Debby had to make a visit! We would definitely rent this condo again!!

So close to ocean, no problems with parking, condo was welcoming, clean, and everything we expected it to be. Far away from busy strip but yet close to everything. quiet, and great, clean beach location for families. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and Donny was a gracious host keeping all lines of communication open. Would definitely love to stay here again!!!

We at first wish it was on the beach, but it was fine once we settled in. The overall stay was great! I would of liked to seen prettier shower curtains instead of clear plastic! Just the personal opinion!

Great property to stay at. Quiet area. Not too much traffic to contend with. The beach was not crowded at all the whole week. Family had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to a few restaurants and shops. The pier was nice nearby. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of amenities. We did have some issues that had to be addressed and the communication was a little slower than we're used to but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo has beautiful views of the ocean. Spectacular sunrises. We were able to see dolphins and watch surfers from the condo. The kitchen was completely furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo is beautiful in every way with a great ocean view, three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Donny was incredibly nice to deal with and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back again!

Very spacious beautifully decorated condo!! Loved the Mermaid room! Loved we were in tower 2 with the parking deck! We had a wonderful family vacation! Highly recommend and will stay again:) Only had one question and the owner responded immediately. Cherry Grove is close enough to Myrtle Beach but away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed this accomodation:)

We were real happy with the Condo! It was perfect for all members of our family. My Daughter, her husband, two adult Grandchildren, and myself and my husband. We all had our own room with our own bathrooms! I loved the view from the balcony, overlooking the ocean.
Great place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone. The place was neat and clean.
The owner, Donny was always there to answer any questions.

We loved the Condo. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of dishes, pans ect. Does need some dish rags and dish towels. Excellent view of the ocean.

Condo was ready and easily accessible. Plenty of room for the 7 family members we had. View of the ocean is unobstructed and very nice. Pier was closed for repair, but the restaurant was open and a great feature to have so close. Walk to the beach was simple. When parking please hold the key card at the Bottom of the key card reader and not on it. I’ve worked in many federal buildings with key readers and never had one read from underneath the sensor itself. Trust me. I assisted four more patrons who had the same issue during the week. The sensor could be better marked and I brought that up to the front desk. I realize that is not handled by the Owner. When contacted, Donald the owner was quick to reply and took care of the issue immediately. All in all this was a great condo for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks Donald!

This is one of our favorite places to stay at Cherry Grove, room matches pictures. Has a pool and lazy River on 9th floor. Would recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, spacious and easy to get to. Kitchen was fully stocked! I mean, they thought of everything! There was one small plumbing issue that the owner quickly had taken care of, even though it was a holiday weekend. Only complaint would be the quantity of bath towels provided. With teens on this trip, I did a fair amount of laundry on vacation.

The condo was exactly as described. Rooms were great sizes and plenty of space for our family. There was a bunch of places to eat and shop, plus tons of activities to do with the family. The overall property was great as well. Super convenient to the beach and lots of great amenities.
Only 2 negatives were the pier was under construction which was a main reason we booked this condo and the unit next door was also under construction. Neither are things the owner could have helped. Just mentioned as an fyi.
We would definitely book again.

These beds and sheets are by far the best I’ve ever slept in at a hotel or condo! By leaps and bounds! Great view from 3 of the 4 walls of windows. The 4th wall is frosted glass cause it faces the neighbor’s balcony. Both doors go out onto the single balcony. However, the curtains hide it and the rest of the view makes up for it! Lots of little touches throughout to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Location of condo is great, away from the hustle & bustle but close enough drive if you want to be in it. Condo offered enough space for everyone, was clean and check in was a breeze! This condo is not located on the beach but just across the street, views are like you’re on the beach though, no obstructions.

I loved everything about our stay! Had issues with no hot water for about a day but that was out of the owners hands. Other than that, we enjoyed this condo and the resort amenities! Would stay again! Thank you Donald for the wonderful little getaway my family and I enjoyed so very much!!

The cleaning crew could have done better. Spent the first hour wiping kitchen down it was sticky. Other than that it was amazing. It was my family's first time seeing the ocean, so we spent most of our time not in the room. There was plenty of room and seating for us. Great everyone having their own showers. I would stay here anytime. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful condo with ALL the amenities you can think of. No issues at all, .gorgeous views of ocean, lots of natural bright light. Easy parking, hassle free check in and out. Would definitely rent again. Great location 👌
