- good location, easy parking - nice terrace - pretty master bedroom with comfortable bed

- overall should be cleaner (dusty, sticky) - bathroom, kitchen, floor - broken lights or decor - terrace could have been awesome but was quite messy

Leider ist die Unterkunft nur Oberflächlich sauber und auch nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Der Komfort war absolut nicht gegeben und der Backofen war nicht nutzbar, weil er so schmutzig war. Auch die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Fernseher ging nicht, genau wie das Licht im Flur. War für den Preis aber ok.

Ziemlich staubig, oberflächlich sauber, aber unter Bett, in den Ecken etc. sehr staubig. Kaffeemaschine: wenn schon Kapseln, dann bitte einfach kurz dazusagen welche reinpassen. Matratzen im Schöafzimmer unterschiedlich dick: Bei einer Seite lag man direkt auf dem Lattenrost. Als wir ankamen liefen ALLE Heizungen auf Vollgas und die Fenster waren offen - das brauchts echt nicht.

The view of snowy mountains from the room was gorgeous! The location was perfect. The shower was like standing in a waterfall; it was so relaxing and felt like a massage!

The pillows were too flat.

The property was spacious and had good links to transport. You could be in the centre in less than 10 minutes. Shops near by for groceries.

I think the utensils need updating, kettle, sandwich press etc. Pillows bedding need updating.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Gyalog elérhető a belváros, és villamossal is gyors. A szállás télen is bevált. Mindenkinek nagyon tetszett.

Sauberkeit war schlecht nur Oberflächlich. Inventar abgenutzt. Am meisten hatt mich gestört die nachträglichen Kosten die man bezahlen muss,und das bei nicht kostenfreier Stornierung,kommt einer Erpressung gleich.

The pictures shown are for the wrong flat. I had booked specifically looking at the pictures which show a big balcony. But to my surprise there was no balcony in the flat i booked. And no reply or resolution was provided by the host. They ignored the complete thing. Pretty bad mattress too. No basic amenities were provided.

Location was good. Easy to get into the centre - could walk too. Apartment size was good. People in the office on the ground floor were very helpful. Beds were comfy and the place has a bath which was great for children.

Looking at the reviews from over a year ago much the same. The place needs a super deep clean and the apartment is run down. Walking on the floor your feet get dirty. All surfaces need cleaning and there is mould in the bathroom. The keypad to get into the apartment is super sensitive once taking 11 goes to get in, it even took the lady in the office 4 goes to open the door. The kitchen had no toaster, sandwich press was broken and had a hook screw jammed in the hinge so it'd work. Kitchen walls are dirty and need wiping down. The air-conditioner in the bedroom leaks water and has done so for a long time as per the stains on the wall and rotting skirting boards. Clothes airer is broken. The lounges on the terrace had random cushioning that didn't match the chairs, there are weeds. No tv. The place could be great but everything needs a revamp. Seeing similar things were commented on over a year ago it seems there is little interest in improving the apartment.

Why the poor rating? We were there on a weekend and the only guests in the building. On our last night, someone put a lock on the fence gate entrance. I assume someone thought no one was there but there's a code on the gate, so I don't understand the need for the lock. We contacted the owners and while speaking to one of them, I even sent them a photo of the lock on the gate but they still didn't seem to understand that we could not open the gate and leave because the entire property is circled by the fence. I found a ladder and we climbed over. My 19 year old son climbed over the fence and injured his knee. If we were not agile, we would have had to resort to calling authorities to get us out of there. A very bad customer service experience that should never happen. I will be honest and say most everything else about the apartment was fine but I'm writing this so that hopefully the owners will get the message never to allow this to happen to anyone else.

The apartment is of a great size. 2.large double bedrooms and good sitting area. Roof terrace is very large and gets the sun most of the day. Great to chill after a day of walking. Billa supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Train station 20 minutes walk. Bus stop outside to Nordkette and Igls. Old town about 30 mins walk. Ski jump walkable too.

The toilet seat is broken and needs replacing. The inside of the apartnent is really.clean but the outdoor space floor needs a clean.

Fabulous apartment, with amazing views of the Alps. Very spacious, clean and exceptional value for money. Near shops, public transport and tourist destinations. Innsbruck has everything you need for a brilliant holiday. The apartment is over the road from an excellent outdoor swimming and sports facilities with 5 pools, slides and diving board, our family loved it. Excellent communication before and throughout holiday from booking company and owner.

Air conditioning wasn't working, but was being sorted the day we left.

It was a spacious apartment which was a short bus ride (20 minute walk) from the centre. There was a large balcony which was partially covered so we were able to sit outside. It was easy to access the property.

We would have liked more lamps in the bedroom for reading in bed. We arrived later than expected as our train was delayed. There were no supermarkets open in Innsbruck at the time we arrived (9pm) and no restaurants very near the apartment.

it was clean and well managed. everything was there that we require for a stay!

we had a pleasant stay at this property. it includes great facilities such as washing machine, dish washer etc. plus it has a big balcony. where you can sit and have a breakfast etc. check-in was very easy.

Well located - near public transport and supermarkets & spacious for a family of 5. The view of the surrounding are - stunning!!! The key-less access was so great - loved it!!! A washing machine was available to do our laundry ❤️

The large saucepan we wanted to use was not compatible with the induction cooktop. The duvet covers where 100% polyester - in the humidity it felt like I was sleeping under a plastic bag. The clothes horse for drying laundry was a bit broken.

Modern facilities, roomy, good location.

Dirty dishes, grimey surfaces, things that didn't work. Just needed some upkeep. Also, no staff and a little hard to find. Have to lug suitcases up 3 floors.

great roof top patio. Quiet part of town. Laundry. great for 2 adults and 3 children.

It was hot and no AC. But the patio made up for a lot and lots of windows to open.
